Agent Facturation Job Description:Description:Working in a call center. Taking care of the billing, helping
clients resolve their billing issues.
Provide quality customer service and answer client inquiries. There will also be data entry for any
modication done to the billing and also opening accounts in the system.
Evaluated on their quality of calls and quantity.
Il travaillerons dans le centre d'appel.
Il s'occuperont de la facutration, donc il répondrons au client qui on des problème avec leur facture. Donc
ils devront offrir un service à la clientèle de qualité, et répondre au probleme des client.
Il y aura aussi de l'entrée de donnés à faire puisqu'ils doivent effectuer les modification de facture et les
ouvertures de comptes directement dans le systeme.
Ils seront jugé sur la qualité d'appel et la quantité des appels
Qualifications:Highschool diploma and 1 year of experience in a call center.
Bilingual (French, English- Written and spoken)
DES et 1 an d'experience dans un centre d'appel
Bilingue (Francais, Anglais- oral et ecrit)
