The robustness of the
rubber
overmoulded
brass stem has been
tested thanks to the
long
know-how
of
SCHRADER in tyre valve
manufacturing
using
this technology.
Bill of material:
The Push-in valve consists of:
• A rubber overmoulded brass stem
• A Schrader valve core
• A cap with a rubber seal
SCHRADER’s
process
ensures the zero defect
and the air-tightness is
100 % controlled.
Design of valve hole:
• Diam. 10 mm
• Tank’s thickness from 0.8 to 2 mm
• Chamfer 0.3 mm (inner & outter)
Using conditions:
• Operating temperature range:
-10 to 100°C
• Operating pressure range:
0-16 bar (0-14 bar when core opened)
• Flow: 6 m3/hour
• Compatible with air and nitrogen
