Demande de Proposition Poste à contrat — Coordinateur de projet La Chambre de Commerce du Pontiac est à la recherche d'une personne complètement bilingue, axée sur les affaires pour aider avec les projets de coordination de la Chambre. Doit avoir de solides compétences organisationnelles. Les services demandés inclurons: 1. 2. Organisation des cellules de mentorat de la Chambre: • assister aux réunions de formation; • organiser les événements de mentorat et les sessions de formation mentor/mentoré; • identifier, recruter, rencontrer et présélectionner les mentors et mentorés; • maintenir une communication régulière avec les mentors et mentorés; • atteindre les objectifs fixés par la Chambre et les partenaires de financement; • évaluer le projet et fournir des rapports détaillés sur une base régulière. Organiser les activités de réseautage d'affaires de la Chambre: • présenter des idées et travailler avec le Comité de planification de la Chambre pour planifier les événements; • identifier les besoins de formation et organiser des ateliers pour répondre à ces besoins; • créer un budget et définir chaque événement à être présenté au Conseil d'administration de la Chambre afin d'être pré approuvé; • contacter les partenaires/commanditaires pour chaque événement, au besoin; • planifier le matériel publicitaire et promotionnel; • soumettre les dépenses et revenus finals, ainsi qu'un rapport et évaluation, au comité de la Chambre pour tous les événements. Les compétences et les aptitudes requises comprennent: • excellentes compétences en communication et l'attention aux détails; • excellentes compétences organisationnelles; • motivé et être capable de travailler avec un minimum de supervision; • capacité de travailler en anglais et français; • excellentes compétences en communication tout en travaillant avec le Conseil d'administration de la Chambre et les membres de la Chambre. Organize mentoring yearly event Organize a yearly event – bring in mentoring speakers; Create a budget (using Event_budget_costs.xls template) and create an outline of the event (using Chamber Event Planning Guide); Submit both budget and outline for event to the Chamber board for pre-approval; Plan for advertising, promotional material, contact media; Submit information to be included on Chamber website and in newsletter. Report status when changes affect the approved budget. Provide Event_budget_costs spreadsheet, including full list of attendees, to Administrative Assistant for accounting purposes. Submit final costs and event report, including evaluation, to the Chamber board. Follow Accounting/Information Processes for each event as specified by the Chamber. Show growth of the program over the time it has been in place; Submit report to Chamber board and funding partners on a quarterly basis. quarterly Develop an evaluation process for the mentoring cell project; Regular evaluation of the pairs – evaluate that the program is meeting the goals of both the mentor and mentoree; Submit report on the evaluation of the mentoring cell to the Chamber board and funding partners on a quarterly basis. Keep regular communication with both mentors and mentorees; Organize workshops and seminars – bring in mentoring speakers. Create a budget (use Event_budget_costs.xls template) and event outline (use Chamber Event Planning Guide) to submit to the Chamber board for pre-approval; Submit information to be included on Chamber website and in newsletter. Report status when changes affect the approved budget. Submit final costs and event report to the Chamber board. Follow Accounting/Information Processes for each event as specified by the Chamber. Select judges and set-out process for judging – report list of judges and process to the Chamber Executive; Organize the Business Achievement Award Gala following the Chamber Business Event Planning document; Contact Gala partners to obtain sponsorship for the event as well as Municipalities for municipal award certificates; Arrange for the production of information flyers & program; Submit information to be included on Chamber web site and in newsletter. Plan for advertising of Gala – contact media; Report status when changes affect the approved budget. Submit final costs and event report, including evaluation and recommendations for the next year, to the Chamber board. Follow Accounting/Information Processes for event as specified by the Chamber.
