International equestrian events in Anjou
THREE DAY EVENT*** & **
From the 23rd to the 26th may 2013 –
Hippodrome de Verrie
For the 28th edition, Saumur hosts its Three Days Event (CCI*** & CIC**). Fourteen countries will be at the
appointment. This is 150 pairs who enter the competition and will offer the best of themselves to the public.
The very wealthy Andrew Nicholson (NZL) (leader of FEI HSBC ranking list), will compete with 2 horses to try to win
over the other riders. But it will not be easy; he will have to face to other experimented couples, such as Bill Levett
(Aus), Piggy French and Oliver Townend (both for GBR).
There will be many famous french riders; Nicolas Touzaint, Jean-Lou Bigot, Arnaud Boiteau,...
This year, Sandy Philipps (GBR) will be president of the Jury of the CCI***. She will be assisted by Catherine
Agaesse (FRA) and Luciano Cantini (IRL).
For the CIC**, Alain James (FRA) will be president of the Jury and he will be assisted by Joseph Burger (SUI) and
Nathalie Carrière (FRA).

EVS will be available for the Cross country streaming on the competition server: ftp://195.5.205.55 .
ID’s and passwords will be given to you if you stop at the
« Press stand » or write to us in case you cannot be on the venue.
