Les apprentis en cours de formation comptabilisés par les services apprentissage des Chambres de Métiers et de l’Artisanat de l’Eure et de la Seine-Maritime sont ceux qui
travaillent dans une entreprise immatriculée au Répertoire des Métiers exerçant une activité artisanale à titre principal ou secondaire. Les apprentis en cours de formation
sont tous les apprentis pour lesquels le contrat d’apprentissage est en cours à une date donnée quelle que soit la date de signature du contrat. Statistiquement, il s’agit
d’un « stock » d’apprentis. Apprentices undergoing training recorded by the apprenticeship services of the Chambers of Trades and Crafts of the Eure and Seine-Maritime are
those who work in a business listed in the Trades Register and practice a craft as a principal or secondary activity. Apprentices undergoing training are all those apprentices
for whom the apprenticeship contract is on-going at a given date, regardless of the date the contract was signed. Statistically, this provides a “reserve” of apprentices.
