Autour du feu de camp 1. Rationale: This lesson relevant at this time because my students are learning about camping as the summer camping season is near. Learning this material in French will not only be informative but fun as well. 2. Provincial Learning Outcome(s): Communicating: ask and respond to simple questions identify greetings and expressions of politeness communicate likes, dislikes, wants, and needs respond to classroom instructions Acquiring Information: express acquired information in oral and visual forms 3. Language Structures: Known language: “Il faut apporter…” Target Language (new language targeted in this lesson): Je vais faire du camping. une boussole, des allumetes, une lampe de poche, un sac a dos, une tente, des bottes, un chapeau… 4.
