TV.
In the bathroom there is a water closet, a washbasin, a bidet, a shower booth and
an hairdryer.
The veranda is endowed with table and chairs.
The car park is in front of the mobile home.
Two - room mobile home in wood of about 24 sq.m., it can host up to three people. It
is composed of a veranda, a dining-room, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The dining-room is endowed with a kitchenette (burner, sink, fridge, crockery, cutlery)
and a TV, and is furnished with table and chairs.
In the bedroom there is a double bed, a single bed and a wardrobe.
In the bathroom there is a water closet, a washbasin, a bidet, a shower booth and an
hairdryer.
The veranda is endowed with table and chairs.
The car park is situated in a dedicated parking lot.
BOOKING
PRICE INCLUDES beach facilities (1 beach umbrella, 1 sunbed, 1 deckchair),
swimming pools, 2 city bikes, entertainment and mini club (from 11/06 to 09/09), first
bed linen set, TV, 1 Wi-Fi card, carpark, kitchenware, VAT and utilities (hot water,
electricity, gas). Bungalows and mobile homes are available from 4.00 p.m. on the day of
arrival and must be left within 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Services like car parking
and beach facilities are linked to the bungalow and cannot be modified.

Bookings are confirmed by sending a
deposit of about 1/3 of the total cost of
the stay. The deposit must arrive within 10
days from the date of booking otherwise it
will be cancelled without any notification.
In case of cancellation the deposit will be
sent back if the cancellation has ben
notified 30 days before arrival, in any case
€ 50 will be kept for administration costs.
The confirmation letter sent by us will
confirm days and time of your stay. In case
of delayed arrival or early departure, the
guest will have to pay for the entire period
reserved. If the guest doesn't arrive within
24 hours of the fixed day without any
notification, the booking will be cancelled
and the deposit held. The counting of the
days of stay will be effected on the base of
the nights independently of the entrance
time.
In July and August in the camping site only
bookings for 7 days or longer periods will
be accepted.
The balance of the stay must be settled at
least 2 days before the date of departure
by cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard,
Eurocard, CartaSi).

THREE-ROOM BUNGALOW TYPE B

Type B bungalow is similar to the
three room Type A bungalow.
It has a larger bathroom which is
endowed with water closet, a
washbasin and a shower. In the second
room which is smaller than the one in
type A, there is a bunk bed instead of
two single beds. The three-room
type B bungalow is built in such a
way that it can also host people with
limited movements.

washbasin, a bidet and a shower booth.
Outdoors there is a small veranda with table
and chairs.
The car park is situated in a dedicated
parking lot.

Three-room bungalow in brickwork of about 40 sq.m. ,
ideal for 4 people, it can host up to six people and is composed
of a dining-room/living-room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The dining-room/living-room is endowed with a
kitchenette (burner with four gas flames, sink, fridge two
hundred and thirty litres capacity, pots, dishes and cutlery), TV
and is furnished with a table, chairs, a cupboard and a double
bed settee.
In one bedroom there is a double bed and a wardrobe and
in the otherone there are two single beds and a wardrobe.
In the bathroom there is a water closet, a washbasin, a bidet
and a shower booth.
In the outdoor space, delimited by flowerbeds, there is a
small veranda equipped with table and chairs.
The car park is adjacent to the bungalow.

days of stay is done according to the number of nights not considering
the time of arrival.

REGULATIONS
1)
ENTRY
To enter the camping site authorization from the management is compulsory together with the handling of an identification document. People
not registered incur penalties provided for by law. Management reserves the right not to accept undesired people at its unobjectionable
judgement.
2)
VISITORS
Visitors to relatives or friends can enter the camping site from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. and will be charged the regular fee after one hour.
Guests have to make sure the reception has authorized their entry into the camping site.
3)
VEHICLES
Only vehicles with clearly displayed authorized stickers can enter. The camping site guests must drive very slowly.
4)
QUIET TIME
From 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 12:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. silence must be observed, therefore driving inside the camping site is
forbidden (except for authorized staff when necessary). Any annoying noise is forbidden. During rest hours children are not allowed to play
on bicycles.
5)
TIMETABLES
Office and services hours are those displayed in the single premises.
6)
GREEN AREAS
It is compulsory to respect the green, hygiene and cleanliness of the camping site.
It is forbidden to pour salty or boiling liquids and rubbish on the ground and to pour unclear water into the drains (which are only for
rainwater)
Campers must keep their marked pitch tidy during their whole stay and leave it clean at their departure.
We recommend the use of the containers designated for different materials.
7)
TARPAULINS
It is not allowed to fix tarpaulins to the trees. It is allowed to fix fireproof taurpaulins on supporting structure. Gas-bottles must have the
overhaul guarantee and gas pipes must report the date of expiration.
8)
PITCHES
It is absolutely forbidden to occupy even temporarily free pitches with cars or other personal equipment. The car must be parked in the
reserved space and will never have to hamper the use of the road.
9)
ELECTRICITY
Electricity connection must be authorized by the reception. Electric wires can not have junctions and must be in conformity with the E.E.C.
sets of rules.
10) PERSONAL ITEMS
Guests must take care of their belongings. The management declines all responsibility for theft or damage except for those objects that have
been entrusted to the management and for which a receipt has been issued.
11) RESPONSIBILITY
The management cannot be held responsible for damages caused by the fall of trees or branches and other damages caused by weather
agents or natural causes. Guests are responsible for damages caused by their equipments to other people. Use of sport and/or recreational
facilities and taking part in the entertainment are at guests' risk.
12) UNDER - AGE
Underaged people are admitted only if accompanied by friends or relatives of age who can grant for them. Parents must always
accompany their children when they use facilities and water closets and are responsible for damages caused by their children to people or
things.
13) PETS
Dogs must be kept on a lead and muzzled in the cases provided for by law and will be held responsible for any damages caused to people
or things. Dogs must be taken outside the camping site for their physical needs and it is compulsory to remove and clean should they dirty
inside the camping site. Dogs are allowed in the bungalows on request only if of a small size. Dogs are not admitted on the beach.
This regulation is delivered to the guest at his arrival and implies the total acceptation of the same. The camping site staff is authorized to have
it observed and to notify the management people not keeping to it. Any violation of the regulations of the camping site and a behaviour that
damages the harmony and spirit of the settlement will entitle the management to terminate the contract.
