Depuis 1987, acquit par la famille Gervoson,
le Château Larrivet Haut-Brion retrouve
l’unité viticole qui fût la sienne au début du
siècle : le château, son parc de 13 hectares,
ses bâtiments d’exploitation et 42 hectares
de vignes.
Fleuron des crus de Pessac-Léognan, Le
blason de Larrivet Haut-Brion est un vin
plus rapidement accessible que les grands
vins du château qui privilégient la rondeur
et le fruité.
Le vignoble de 25 ans est vendangé
manuellement en cagette.
THE WINE
Château Larrivet Haut-Brion was acquired
by the Gervoson family in 1987. They
restored the estate’s unity, once again
combining the château, outbuildings, 13
hectares of grounds, and 42 hectares of vines
under one owner, as well as replanting 18
hectares of land that had laid fallow.
Larrivet Haut-Brion is made by a dedicated
team who oversee every stage of production,
meticulously tending the vines in order to
harvest perfectly ripe, healthy grapes.
The grapes of the 25 years old vineyards are
handpicked into small crates.
LE BLANC
60% sauvignon et 40% sémillon.
12 mois en barriques neuves.
WHITE WINE
60% Sauvignon blanc and 40% Semillon
matured 12 months in oak barrels
Le vin présente une couleur or vert brillante.
Nez d’agrumes typique du Sauvignon, avec
des notes de miel et de boisé.
Bouche fruitée (citron) avec un joli gras et
une acidité mesurée. Le vin est long avec un
boisé bien intégré.
The 20 years old vineyard produces a
beautiful pale yellow colour with golden
highlights. Subtle bouquet featuring
mandarin, orange, lemon and pineapple
aromas with hints of oak and vanilla. Fullbodied, rich, very elegant and well-balanced
on the palate, with well-integrated oak on
the aftertaste. A wine with great potential...
Ideal with roasted poultry, salads and
creamy pasta dishes.
