HGJ MARCHE D’HYPERTENSION PULMONAIRE
NOVEMBRE EST LE MOIS DE SENSIBILISATION À
L’HYPERTENSION PULMONAIRE !
Cher(e)s ami(e)s,
On vous invite à nous supporter dans cette initiative de sensibilisation à l’hypertension pulmonaire,
qui aura lieu dimanche 9 novembre 2014. (Pour plus de détails, voir documents ci-joints).
Si vous décidez de marcher (ou rouler dans votre fauteuil), votre participation sera grandement
appréciée et le message sera clair «même si nous souffrons d’une maladie pulmonaire grave
nous marchons pour nous faire entendre!» Veuillez noter que la piste intérieure du Centre Y n’a
que seulement 125 mètres et il y aura plusieurs endroits pour se reposer, au besoin. Si vous ne
pouvez pas marcher dans cette initiative vous pouvez nous parrainer.
L’équipe de la clinique D’Hypertension Pulmonaire seront present et marcherons avec vous.

personne ou lors de votre prochaine visite à la clinique d'hypertension pulmonaire (même après l'événement) ou

JGH PULMONARY HYPERTENSION WALK
NOVEMBER IS PULMONARY HYPERTENSION AWARENESS MONTH!
Dear friend(s)
We invite you to help us make a difference and create awareness by supporting our initiative, which
will take place on Sunday, November 9 2014 (please see enclosed information for further details).
If you decide to walk, (or wheel along in your chair) your participation will be greatly appreciated.
The message will be clear, “although we suffer from a debilitating lung condition, we are
walking to be heard!” Please note that the indoor track at the Y is only 125 metres long and that
plenty of rest areas are available. If you cannot walk, you can show your support by sponsoring us.
The Pulmonary Hypertension Team members will be participating in this walk along with you.
