Règlement du concours
Selon le système "OPEN", chaque display sera jugé séparément, et il y aura
donc autant de médailles dans une même catégorie, qu'il y a de concurrents méritants.

Maquette : Aviation - Véhicule Civil - Véhicule Militaire - Marine
+ 2 nouvelles catégories : Diorama et Divers
Figurine : Historique Peinture - Fantastique Peinture - Transfo/Création
+ 1 nouvelle catégorie : Plat d'étain
Niveaux : Masters - Confirmés - Novices
Catégories tous niveaux confondus : Maquette Scratch et Figurine Green.
Ainsi qu'une catégorie Juniors (-16 ans) pour qui l'inscription est gratuite.
En maquettes :
T e r min olo gi e
 Transformation : engin peint comportant au moins 30% de modification à l'aide de pièces du commerce
ou autres (photo-découpe, kits de conversion, carte plastique, …), afin d'obtenir une
autre version que l'initiale, et n'existant pas dans le commerce..
Une pastille verte signalera une transformation.
 Scratch : engin peint ou non comportant au moins 80% de création (kits du commerce NON ADMIS).
Des photos (et éventuellement une fiche explicative) doivent accompagner le modèle présenté.
Cette catégorie rassemblera tous les genres de maquette, tous niveaux confondus.
En figurines :
 Peinture : figurine (du commerce ou non) que l'on souhaite voir jugée uniquement sur sa peinture.
 Transfo/Création : figurine peinte (du commerce ou non) comportant au moins 30% de modification ou
création, et que l'on souhaite voir jugée surtout sur ces transformations.
 Green : figurine ou plat d'étain non peint et non sous-couché, comportant au moins 80% de création (toutes
matières admises). Des photos et/ou une fiche explicative peuvent accompagner la figurine présentée.
Cette catégorie rassemblera tous les genres de figurines, tous niveaux confondus.
R èg l e me n t
 Afin de donner autant de chance à chacun, nous demandons aux participants ayant obtenu une médaille d'or
lors des précédentes éditions de bien vouloir passer au niveau supérieur, ne serait-ce que par courtoisie...
 Aucun signe nominatif permettant de reconnaître l'auteur des pièces présentées ne pourra être affiché.
 Le concurrent doit s’inscrire dans le même niveau au sein d’une même famille (maquette ou figurine).
 Chaque concurrent dispose lui-même ses pièces, tout en respectant les directives des organisateurs. Durant
cette opération, il est le seul responsable de ses modèles, ainsi que de ceux voisins. Une fois l'installation
effectuée, il lui sera demandé de ne plus manipuler ses pièces.
 L'organisation décline toute responsabilité en cas de casse, de perte ou de disparition de modèles exposés.
 Les organisateurs se réservent le droit de déplacer certains display afin de réorganiser l’espace de concours.
 Les organisateurs se réservent le droit de refuser toutes pièces à caractère raciste, xénophobe, à message
idéologique, voire pouvant choquer les bonnes mœurs ou ne répondant pas à l'idée de la compétition.
 Le retrait des pièces ne pourra en aucun cas s’effectuer avant la fin de la proclamation des prix.
 L'inscription à la compétition implique l'acceptation du présent règlement.
 Les décisions du jury seront sans appel !

 En préinscription, prix forfaitaire de 4€ pour une pièce et 8€ à partir de 2, quel que soit le nombre inscrit.
Disponible sur notre site http://www.lesfeles.be/ du 21/11/2015 au 22/01/2016.
 Sur place le samedi, il sera toujours possible de s'inscrire de 09h00 à 13h00, mais au prix forfaitaire de 6€
pour une pièce et de 12€ à partir de 2, quel que soit le nombre de pièces inscrites.
Le samedi, toute modification de la pré-inscription entraînera l'application de ce tarif.
Payable uniquement sur place en espèces et en Euros (gratuit pour les Juniors).
Reglement van de wedstrijd
Volgens de "OPEN" formule, elke display zal afzonderlijk geoordeeld worden.
Er zullen dus evenveel medailles in dezelfde categorie zijn als verdienstelijke deelnemers.

Er is ook een categorie Junioren (-16 jaar), voor wie de inschrijving gratis is.
In schaalmodellen :

 Transformatie : geschilderd toestel met minstens 30% wijziging met behulp van stukken uit de handel
of anderen (foto-etch, plastic card, transformatiekits, …), voor een andere versie dan het
origineel te verkrijgen, en bestaat niet in de handel.
Een groene sticker zal een transformatie aanduiden.
 Scratch : toestel al of niet geschilderd met minstens 80% zelfbouw (kits uit de handel VERBODEN).
Foto's (en eventueel een verklarende fiche) moeten het gepresenteerde model vergezellen.
Deze categorie zal alle soorten van modellen verzamelen, alle niveaus bij elkaar genomen.
In figuren :
 Schildering : figure (uit de handel of niet) die men alleen op zijn schilderwerk wil laten beoordelen.
 Transfo/Creatie : geschilderd figure (uit de handel of niet) met minstens 30% van wijziging of zelfbouw, en
die men vooral op deze veranderingen wil laten beoordelen.
 Green : niet geschilderde of undercoating figure (of flat figure) met minstens 80% zelfbouw (alle materialen
toegelaten). Een verklarende fiche en/of foto's kunnen de gepresenteerde figurine vergezellen.
Deze categorie zal alle soorten van figures verzamelen, alle niveaus bij elkaar genomen.
R eg l e me n t
 Om dezelfde kans te geven aan iedereen, vragen wij aan de deelnemers, die al een gouden medaille op de
verleden edities hebben verkregen, om op hoger niveau over te gaan, of alleen per hoffelijkheid…
 Geen enkel nominatief teken (aan de auteur van de modellen te herkennen) zal mogen aangebracht worden.
 De wedstrijddeelnemer moet zich in hetzelfde niveau binnen dezelfde familie (model of figure) inschrijven.
 De wedstrijddeelnemer plaatst zelf zijn modellen, overeenkomstig de richtlijnen van de organisatoren. Tijdens
deze handelingen, is hij verantwoordelijk voor zijn eigen model én de reeds geplaatste stukken. Wanneer de
installatie is gemaakt, zal worden gevraagd om geen modellen te manipuleren.
 De organisatie kan niet verantwoordelijk gesteld worden in geval van schade, verlies of verdwijning van de
ingeschreven modellen.
 Alleen de organisatie heeft het recht om enkele modellen te verplaatsen om de ruimte wedstrijd reorganiseren.
 De organisatoren kunnen alle modellen van racistische en/of xenofobe aard, van bepaalde ideologische
strekkingen, die de goede zeden schenden of die niet voldoen aan het idee van de wedstrijd, weigeren.
 De terugtrekking van de modellen mag in geen geval gebeuren voor het einde van de prijsuitreiking.
 Inschrijving voor de wedstrijd impliceert aanvaarding van dit reglement.
 De beslissingen van de jury zullen onherroepelijk zijn !

 In voorinschrijving, de forfaitaire prijs is 4€ voor 1 model en 8€ vanaf 2, ongeacht het aantal
ingeschreven modellen. Beschikbaar op onze site http://www.lesfeles.be/ van 21/11/2015 tot 22/01/2016.
 Ter plaatse op zaterdag, tussen 09u00 en 13u00, kunt u nog inschrijven, maar de forfaitaire prijs zal
worden 6€ voor 1 model en 12€ vanaf 2, ongeacht het aantal ingeschreven modellen.
Zaterdag, elke wijziging in de pre-registratie leidt tot de toepassing van dit tarief.
Betaalbaar alleen ter plaatse in cash geld en in Euro's (gratis voor de Junioren).
Rules of the contest
With the "OPEN" formula, each display will be judged separately, and thus
there will be as many medals in a same category, that there are deserving competitors.

As well as a Juniors category (- 16 years) for which the registration is free.
For the models :

 Transformation : painted model with at least 30% of modification using commercial parts or others
(photo-cutting, kits of conversion, plastic card, …), to obtain a different version than
original, and not existing on the market.
A green pastille will announce a transformation.
 Scratch : painted model or not with at least 80% of creation (commercial kits NOT ALLOWED).
Photos (and even explanatory notes) must accompany the presented model.
This category will include all kinds of model, all levels together.
For the figures :
 Painting : any figure (from the trade or not) which one wishes to be judged only on his painting.
 Transform/creation : painted figure (from the trade or not) with at least 30% of modification or creation,
and which one wishes to be judged especially on these transformations.
 Green : not painted or undercoating figure (or flat figure) with at least 80% of creation (all matters
allowed). Explanatory notes and/or photos can accompany the presented figure.
This category will include all kinds of figures, all levels together.
R u le s
 In order to give as much chance to each one, we ask the participants having obtained a gold medal for the
preceding editions to pass to the higher level, would be this only by courtesy…
 No personal sign which allow to recognize the author of the presented models could be indicated.
 The competitor must be registered into the same level within the same family (model or figure).
 Each competitor arranges itself its models, by respecting the directives of the organizers. During this
operation, he is responsible for its models, as well as those at side. When the installation is finished, it will be
asked to them not to handle their models more.
 The organisation declines any responsibility in event of breakage, loss or disappearance of the exposed models.
 Only the organizers are allowed to move displays in order to better organize them on the contest tables.
 The organizers are allowed to refuse any piece of racist nature, xenophobe, with ideological message, even
being able to shock the moralities or not answering the idea of the competition.
 The removal of the pieces could not absolutely be done before the end of the proclamation of the prices.
 The registration to the competition implies the acceptance of these rules.
 The decisions of the jury will be irrevocable !

 In pre-registration, all-in price is 4€ for 1 model and 8€ from 2, whatever the number of presented models.
Available on our site http://www.lesfeles.be/ from the 21/11/2015 to the 22/01/2016.
 On the spot Saturdays, it will be always possible to be registered from 09:00 to 13:00, but at the all-in
price of 6€ for one model and 12€ from 2 models, whatever the number of presented models.
On saturday, any change to the pre-registration result in the application of this price list.
Payable only on the spot in cash and in Euros (free forthe Juniors).
