Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 11.00 am and from 4.00 pm to 18.00 pm
(appointment possible during non-business hours)
Saturday from 9.00 am to 12.00 am
Multy purpose room, training gym and laundry are opened during the day.
RENTAL CONDITIONS

Application fees of 650.00€: Including rental insurance fees « all risk including »,
management fees, achieving reports check-in/check-out, release, other management fees.
Security fees received equal to 1 monthly rent (returned 2 months after departure and
achieving of exit report)
Monthly rent payable no later than the 1st of each month.
Leasing giving a right to ALS (Social value of allocating).
A condition report is made with the tenant on arrival and on departure.
Location adapted to 1 person. Start dates of contract are the 1st or the 15th of the month.
Reservation payment of 460.00 €: advance payment should be paid before entrance in order to hold a studio
reservation. In case of withdrawal, the deposit will not be refunded.
