Beschreibung
Einsatzbereich
Unter der Bezeichnung SWISSFORMING CONTACT FX
werden eine Reihe von neuen HochleistungsUmformprodukten erfasst. Sorgfältig aufeinander abgestimmte Additives begünstigen positiv das GleitReibverhalten. Damit werden Kaltverschweissungen
bzw. Aufbauschneiden wirkungsvoll unterbunden.
SWISSFORMING CONTACT FX-Produkte sind chlorund schwermetallfrei.
SWISSFORMING CONTACT FX-Produkte sind für einzelne und kombinierte Bearbeitungsverfahren mit
höchstem Schwierigkeitsgrad wie Tief- und Abstreckziehen, Profilieren, Prägen, Stauchen, Stanzen, Feinschneiden, Fliesspressen, Kalibrieren usw. einzusetzen.

SWISSFORMING CONTACT FX-Produkte sind besonders für Feinschneiden und Fliesspressen, auch
als MMS, geeignet.
Eine einwandfreie Entfettung der mit SWISSFORMING
CONTACT-FX-Fluids gefertigten Formteile ist sowohl
mit organischen Lösungsmitteln, als auch mit wässerigen Reinigern zu erzielen.
SWISSFORMING CONTACT FX-Produkte sind leicht
und sparsam, sowohl mechanisch als auch manuell z.B.
über Filzkissen, Walzen und Sprühanlagen aufzutragen
und gewährleisten einen sehr guten temporären Korrosionsschutz.

Domaine d’utilisation
SWISSFORMING CONTACT FX désigne toute une série de nouveaux produits de formage hautement performants. Les additifs judicieusement assortis facilitent
le comportement au glissement et à la friction. Ceci
permet de réduire efficacement la formation de tranchant et les soudures àfroid.
Les produits SWISSFORMING CONTACT FX sont
exempts de chlore et de métaux lourds.
Les produits SWISSFORMING CONTACT FX peuvent
être utilisés pour des procédés d’usinage simples ou
combinés, avec des degrés de difficulté élevés tels que
l’emboutissage et l’étirement, le profilage, le matriçage,
le refoulement, le formage, le découpage de précision,
l’extrusion, le calibrage, etc.

des solutions aqueuses.
Les produits SWISSFORMING CONTACT FX peuvent
être aisément appliqués mécaniquement ou manuellement par ex. par le biais de coussinets de feutre, de
rouleaux ou pulvérisateurs, sont économiques et assurent une très bonne protection temporaire contre la corrosion.

High-performance metalworking oils
Description
Area of application
A series of new high-performance metalworking products are grouped together under the designation
SWISSFORMING CONTACT FX. Carefully coordinated
additives have a positive effect in improving the sliding
friction performance. This is an effective way of preventing cold welding and debris building up at the
edges.
SWISSFORMING CONTACT FX products are free of
chlorine and heavy metals.
SWISSFORMING CONTACT FX products can be used
for the most difficult individual and combined machining
operations such as deep drawing, ironing, shaping, embossing, compressing, punching, fine-edge blanking,
impact extrusion, finish-sizing, etc.
Advantages
The shaped metal parts manufactured using
SWISSFORMING CONTACT-FX fluids can be degreased thoroughly using either organic solvents or water-based cleaning agents.
SWISSFORMING CONTACT FX products are easy to
apply either automatically or by hand, e.g. using felt
pads, rollers and spray devices and only small amounts
are required. They ensure a very good temporary corrosion protection.

Campo di impiego
Con la denominazione SWISSFORMING CONTACT FX
si fa riferimento ad una serie di nuovi prodotti ad alto
rendimento per processi di deformazione. Additivi
accuratamente armonizzati tra loro favoriscono
considerevolmente l’effetto scivolamento-attrito. In
questo modo è possibile evitare efficacemente
saldature fredde e/o riporti di taglio.
I prodotti SWISSFORMING CONTACT FX sono privi di
cloro e metalli pesanti.
I prodotti SWISSFORMING CONTACT FX sono adatti
per processi di lavorazione, singoli e combinati, con il
massimo grado di difficoltà come imbutitura a
stiramento, profilatura, assestamento, ricalcatura,
tranciatura, tranciatura fine, estrusione, calibratura ecc.
Vantaggi
E’ possibile ottenere una perfetta sgrassamento dei
pezzi prodotti con i SWISSFORMING CONTACT-FXFluids sia con solventi organici, sia con detergenti
acquosi.
I prodotti SWISSFORMING CONTACT FX sono facili ed
economici, applicabili sia meccanicamente che
manualmente – ad es. per mezzo di cuscinetti di feltro,
rulli ed impianti di nebulizzazione – garantiscono
