Les enjeux de propriété intellectuelle sont souvent pris en compte trop tard dans la vie d’une entreprise. Il est
important de planifier tôt : faire les bons choix quant au « type » de droit de propriété intellectuelle à protéger et au
« moment » pour le faire. Les participants se verront proposer un aperçu des formes les plus courantes de droits de
propriété intellectuelle, c’est-à-dire les marques de commerce, les noms de domaine, les brevets, la conception
industrielle, les droits d’auteur et le secret industriel. Chaque type de protection de la propriété intellectuelle a ses
objectifs, ses avantages et ses inconvénients. Cet atelier interactif permettra aux participants de poser toutes leurs
questions.
