Français Français Désinfection Ne désinfecter l’empreinte que dans des solutions de trempage. Il est recommandé d’utiliser une solution glutaraldéhyde à 2 %. Veiller à ce que le désinfectant utilisé convienne à l’application avec des silicones à empreinte réticulant par addition. Après le retrait de la cavité buccale, rincer l’empreinte pendant 15 secondes à l’eau courante. Désinfecter l’empreinte pendant environ 10 à 15 minutes, éliminer ensuite le désinfectant pendant 15 secondes en rinçant à l’eau courante. Couler et galvaniser Après la désinfection, sécher l’empreinte et la conserver à température ambiante (25 °C au max.). Il est conseillé de couler l’empreinte au plus tôt 30 minutes après l’avoir retirée de la cavité buccale. Matériaux de coulée recommandés: plâtre dur (ISO 6873, classe 3) ou plâtre très dur pour moules (ISO 6873, classe 4). Les empreintes Fresh light peuvent ensuite être cuivrées ou argentées par électrolyse. ® Nota • Après utilisation, laisser le bec mélangeur sur la double cartouche, il servira de fermeture. • Ne pas mélanger les produits Fresh ‚ aux matériaux à empreinte réticulant par condensation. • Avant la prise d’empreinte, éliminer la solution de rétraction par eau pulvérisée. Les gants en latex, crèmes, détergents et plastiques sont susceptibles de compromettre la polymérisation. ® Conserver hors de la portée des enfants! A usage dentaire uniquement! El primer material que sale de la cánula (una cantidad equivalente al tamaño de un guisante) debe desecharse. Desinfección Utilice exclusivamente un baño de inmersión para desinfectar la impresión. Recomendamos para ello una solución de glutaraldehído al 2 %. Asegúrese de que el desinfectante empleado es apto para uso con siliconas de impresión reticulables por adición. Después de retirar la impresión de la boca, aclárela durante 15 segundos con agua corriente. A continuación, sumérjala entre 10 y 15 minutos en el baño desinfectante y luego aclárela de nuevo durante 15 segundos con agua corriente para eliminar los restos de solución. Presentación Ref. Si la temperatura es menor, los tiempos indicados aumentan, con temperaturas más altas disminuyen. Vertido y recubrimiento electrolítico Una vez desinfectada la impresión, séquela y déjela reposar a temperatura ambiente (máx. 25 °C). Después de retirar la impresión de la boca, hay que dejar transcurrir al menos 30 minutos antes de verter el yeso. Recomendamos el empleo de yeso duro de modelar (ISO 6873, tipo 3) o yeso superduro para moldes (ISO 6873, tipo 4). Las impresiones Fresh light se pueden recubrir con cobre o plata mediante un procedimiento electrolítico. Método de corrección Se recomienda utilizar una cubeta metálica perforada. Para mejorar la adherencia, es conveniente recubrirla con el Fresh adhäsiv. Recorte la impresión previa hecha con Fresh putty o con Fresh heavy body (elimine las socavaduras; cánula de salida) y a continuación, en una segunda fase, elabore la impresión de corrección con Fresh light. Para que los dos materiales de impresión se combinen entre sí, no deben transcurrir más de 30 minutos entre la impresión previa y la impresión de corrección. Otra posibilidad es aplicar la técnica de impresión de mezcla doble. ® ® ® ® Notas importantes • Si se utiliza un cartucho doble, la cánula de mezcla debe dejarse dentro para que sirva de cierre, también después de su uso. • Los productos Fresh ‚ no son aptos para uso con materiales de impresión reticulables mediante condensación. • Antes de proceder a la impresión hay que eliminar el agente de retracción con agua pulverizada. Disinfezione Per la disinfezione immergere l’impronta in apposite soluzioni. Si raccomanda l’uso di una soluzione di glutaraldeide al 2 %. Attenzione: utilizzare solo disinfettanti indicati per l’uso con siliconi per addizione. Dopo aver rimosso l’impronta dalla bocca sciacquarla per 15 secondi sotto l’acqua corrente. Immergerla nella soluzione disinfettante per circa 10-15 minuti. Sciacquare infine l’impronta per 15 secondi sotto l’acqua corrente per eliminare la soluzione disinfettante. Descrizione del materiale Fresh light è un materiale correttivo basato su siliconi reticolanti per addizione. Presenta allo stesso tempo una resistenza alla trazione e un’espansione molto elevata. Le sue qualità tissotropiche e le caratteristiche idrofile della sua superficie rendono possibili impronte della massima precisione. Il piacevole gusto menta aumenta l’accettazione da parte del paziente. ® Scelta del portaimpronta Per una maggiore aderenza se si utilizzano portaimpronte individuali o portaimpronte in metallo non forati consigliamo di usare Fresh adhäsiv. Temperature minori prolungano i tempi indicati, mentre temperature superiori li accorciano. Impronta Pulire e asciugare con cura l’impronta. Metodo correttivo Si consigliano portaimpronte di metallo forati, rivestiti con Fresh adhäsiv per una maggiore aderenza. Separare l’impronta da Fresh putty o da Fresh heavy body (eliminare i sottosquadri; cannule di scolo) e in una seconda fase effettuare l’impronta correttiva con Fresh light. Affinché entrambi i materiali per impronte si leghino bene tra loro è necessario che tra l’impronta e l’impronta correttiva non passino più di 30 min. In alternativa è possibile impiegare la tecnica della doppia miscelazione. ® ® ® ® Colata e galvanizzazione Dopo la disinfezione asciugare l’impronta e conservarla a temperatura ambiente (max. 25 °C). Il tempo minimo per la colata dell’impronta è di 30 minuti dalla rimozione dalla bocca. Per la colata si consiglia l’utilizzo di gessi duri (ISO 6873, tipo 3) o superduri per forme (ISO 6873, tipo 4). Le impronte Fresh light possono essere rivestite in rame o in argento. ® Note importanti • Nel caso di doppie cartucce, dopo l’utilizzo lasciare la cannula sulla doppia cartuccia in modo che svolga la funzione di tappo. • Non usare i prodotti Fresh assieme a materiali d’impronta a base di silicone per condensazione. • Prima della presa d’impronta rimuovere il retrattore con un getto d’acqua. Das zuerst aus der Kanüle austretende Material (erbsengroße Menge) bitte nicht verwenden. Desinfektion Zur Desinfektion der Abformung sollten nur Tauchlösungen verwendet werden. Die Verwendung einer 2 %igen Glutaraldehydlösung wird empfohlen. Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass das verwendete Desinfektionsmittel zur Verwendung mit additionsvernetzenden Abformsilikonen indiziert ist. Nach dem Entfernen aus dem Mund die Abformung für 15 Sek. unter fließendem Wasser abspülen. Die Einlegezeit der Abformung beträgt ca. 10 bis 15 Min. Die Abformung sollte frühestens 30 Min. nach Entfernen aus dem Mund ausgegossen werden. Für den Ausguss empfiehlt sich die Verwendung von Modellhartgips (ISO 6873, Type 3) bzw. Superhartgips für Formen (ISO 6873, Type 4). Fresh light Abformungen lassen sich kupferoder silbergalvanisieren. Abformung Abzuformende Regionen bitte sorgfältig säubern und trocknen. Korrekturmethode Zu empfehlen sind perforierte Abformlöffel aus Metall.Zur besseren Haftung sollten diese mit Fresh adhäsiv beschichtet werden. Vorabformung aus Fresh putty oder Fresh heavy body beschneiden (Unterschnitte beseitigen; Abflusskanäle) und in einer zweiten Phase mit Fresh light die Korrekturabformung durchführen. Damit sich die beiden Abformmaterialien sicher miteinander verbinden, dürfen nicht mehr als 30 Min. zwischen Vorabformung und Korrekturabformung liegen. Alternativ kann die DoppelmischAbformtechnik angewendet werden. ® ® ® Wichtige Hinweise • Bei Doppelkartuschen die Mischkanüle nach Gebrauch als Verschluss auf der Doppelkartusche belassen. • Fresh Produkte nicht mit kondensationsvernetzenden Abformmaterialien kombinieren. • Retraktionsmittel vor der Abformung mit Wasserspray entfernen. After removing the impression from the mouth it has to be washed up with running water for 15 sec. Description of material Fresh light is a correction impression material on basis of addition-vulcanising silicones. Possessing a high tensile strength it has a high elongation at the same time. Due to the slight thixotropic hydrophilic surface characteristics, high-precise impressions are possible. The convenient mint taste enables a high acceptance from the patient. ® Choosing the impression tray When using an individual impression tray or a non-perforated metallic tray, we recommend Fresh adhäsiv for better bonding. Lower temperatures prolong, higher temperatures shorten these times. Correction method We recommend are perforated impression trays made of metal. To reach a better bonding, it should be coated with Fresh adhäsiv. The pre-impression made from Fresh putty or Fresh heavy body is to be cut (remove undercuts; canals), as second step the correction impression with Fresh light is done. To reach a safe bonding of the two impression materials, not more than 30 min. should be inbetween pre-impression and correction impression. As an alternative, the double mixing impression technique can be used. ® ® English Casting and galvanisation After disinfecting dry the impression and store it at normal room temperature (max. 25 °C). The impression should be poured 30 min. at the earliest after removal from the mouth. Using special purpose hard plaster (ISO 6873, type 3) respectively an ultra hard plaster for the forms (ISO 6873, type 4) is recommended. Fresh light can be copper or silver galvanised. ® Important advice • When using double cartridges, the mixing canula is to remain onto the cartridge as sealing. • Fresh products are not to be used in combination with condensation-vulcanising impression materials. • Residues of retraction aids have to be removed by use of water spray. Afin d’obtenir une meilleure adhérence, il est recommandé de les enduire de Fresh adhäsiv. Découper la première empreinte à base de Fresh putty ou Fresh heavy body (éliminer les arêtes de coupe inférieures; canaux de drainage) et procéder, dans une deuxième phase, à l’empreinte de correction avec Fresh light. Afin que les deux matériaux à empreinte s’allient parfaitement, veiller à ne pas avoir plus de 30 min entre la première empreinte et l’empreinte de correction.
