Philippe Frésard is managing partner of Kellerhals Carrard in Bern and
head of the notarial team. He has extensive experience as a notary
public, be it in a national or international context. He advises
individuals and companies in all kinds of transactions such as estate
planning, real estate, corporate, contract law, sports law as well as
energy law. Even though the first language of Philippe Frésard is
French, he has a strong knowledge of German, meaning that he will
advise his clients and analyze contracts in either language. Philippe
Frésard has published a variety of articles in the field of
international estate planning and sports law and has given several
lectures on his articles, in Switzerland and abroad.
