La grande sintonia tra il lavoro dei tecnici in pista del Team Polini Scooter e
gli ingegneri in azienda funziona e continua a dare i suoi frutti.
Lo dimostra il fatto che, dopo aver presentato ben 300 prodotti nuovi nel
2010, Polini Motori si continua nella ricerca e nello sviluppo.
Polini HI SPEED 9 Rulli EVOLUTION3, ecco l’ultima novità, il variatore
brevettato per gli scooter 50 che montano motore Piaggio o Yamaha
Minarelli.
Il nuovo Hi-Speed ha la caratteristica di avere un innovativo sistema di lubrificazione
brevettato.
La boccola è in acciaio speciale nickel cromo cementato, temprato, rettificato. Si
distingue per la capiente sacca interna con funzione di serbatoio del grasso all’interno
della quale è posizionata una speciale molla che consente una costante distribuzione
del grasso sullo spinotto anche nelle condizioni di utilizzo più gravose.
Con questa nuova tecnologia il rendimento rimane costante e, rispetto al modello
precedente, non è più necessaria la continua modifica della taratura dei rulli per
trovare il migliore rendimento.
Viene mantenuta la particolarità unica del variatore Polini Evolution di avere 9 rulli,
importantissima sui campi gara per trovare il migliore set up preciso al decimo di
grammo.
L’interno delle piste dei rulli hanno subito un trattamento di brillantatura per
migliorare lo scorrimento.
I rulli sono ricoperti con una nuova mescola di materiale di nylon e fibre aramidiche.
Alle maggiori prestazioni si abbinano minori costi di manutenzione grazie alle
particolari caratteristiche che hanno migliorato soprattutto la lubrificazione della
boccola e dello spinotto mentre il materiale dei rulli consente maggiore resistenza
all’usura.

The technicians working at the race track with the Polini scooter team are on
the same wave length as the factory’ engineers and this bears fruits.
In fact, after having presented more than 300 new products in 2010, Polini
Motori goes on in researching and developing. Polini 9 roller Evolution3 HI
Speed is the latest novelty, the patented variator for the 50cc scooters with
Piaggio or Yamaha/Minarelli engines.
The new Hi-Speed variator features an innovative patented lubrication system.
The bush is made of special casehardened chromed-nickel steel, tempered and ground
It has a big internal pocket that contains the grease, inside of which there is a special
spring that allows a constant grease distribution on the pin even during the hardest
conditions of use.
Thanks to this new technology the performance is constant and, compared to the
previous model, it isn’t necessary anymore to modify the rollers’ calibration to find the
best engine efficiency.
It has the peculiarity of the 9 rollers variator which is very important on the race track
to find the best set up from 1 to 10 gram.
The inside area of the rollers sliding surfaces have sustained a new polishing
treatment to improve the sliding.
The rollers have a coating made of a new mixture of nylon and aramidic fibers.
This combines to give the best performance and less servicing costs thanks to these
particular features that have also improved the bush and pin lubrication, while the
rollers material allows for a better wear resistance.

La grande syntonie entre le travail des techniciens sur piste du Team Polini
Scooter et les ingénieurs à l’usine fonctionne et continue à donner ses fruits.
Il est démontré par le fait que, après avoir présenté plus de 300 nouveaux
produits en 2010, Polini Motori continue dans la recherche et le
développement.
La dernière nouveauté est Polini HI SPEED 9 galets EVOLUTION3, le variateur
breveté pour scooters 50 qui montent un moteur Piaggio ou Yamaha
Minarelli.
Le nouveau Hi Speed se distingue pour avoir un système novateur de lubrification
breveté.
La boucle est en acier spécial nickel chrome cémenté, trempé et rectifié. Il se
distingue pour son logement intérieur de grande capacité qui a pour rôle réservoir de
la graisse, à l’intérieur duquel il y a un ressort spécial qui permet une constante
distribution de la graisse sur le canon, même dans les conditions d’usage les plus
difficiles.
Avec cette nouvelle technologie, le rendement reste constant et, par rapport à l’ancien
modèle, il n’est plus nécessaire de faire la modification du tarage des galets pour
obtenir les meilleures performances.
On maintient la particularité unique du variateur Polini Evolution d’avoir 9 galets, très
important pour trouver le meilleur setup sur piste.
L’intérieur des pistes des galets a subi un traitement spécial pour améliorer le
glissement.
Les galets sont couverts par un nouveau mélange de matériel en nylon et fibres
aramides.
Aux meilleures performances se combinent des coûts d’entretien plus bas grâce aux
caractéristiques particulières qui améliorent surtout la lubrification de la boucle et du
canon, tandis que le traitement spécial des pistes et le matériel des galets permettent
une meilleure résistance à l’usure.

Der große Einklang der Arbeit zwischen den Technikern der Rennpiste und
dem Polini Scooter Team, sowie den Ingenieuren der Firma funktioniert und
geht weiter.
Nach 300 neuen Produkten im Jahre 2010, geht die Suche und die
Entwicklung bei Polini Motori weiter.
Polini HI SPEED 9 Rollen EVOLUTION3 ist die letzte Neuheit, die patentierte
Variomatik für Motorroller 50 ccm mit Piaggio oder Yamaha Minarelli
Motoren.
Die neue Hi Speed hat das besondere Merkmal eines innovativen patentierten
Schmierungssystems.
Die Buchse ist aus Sonderstahl Nickel Chrom zementiert, gehärtet und geschleift. Sie
unterscheidet sich durch den großen inneren Sack, welcher die Funktion des Tanks für
die Schmierung hat. Innerhalb des Sackes gibt es eine Spezialfeder, die eine ständige
Verteilung der Schmiere auf dem Kolbenbolzen ermöglicht, auch bei schwersten
Bedingungen.
Mit dieser neuen Technologie bleibt die Leistung beständig, und im Vergleich zu dem
alten Modell, ist es nicht notwendig ständig die Einstellung der Rollen zu
modifizieren, um die beste Performance zu finden.
Die Einzigartigkeit der 9 Rollen Variomatik ermöglicht es, die beste Einstellung auf den
Rennstrecken zu finden.
Die Innenseite der Rollenlaufbahnen wurde einer Behandlung mit Glanzschleifungen
unterzogen, um das Gleiten zu verbessern.
Die Rollen sind mit einer neuen Mischung von Nylon und aramidischen Fiber
beschichtet.
Neben den bessere Leistungen, erhält man ebenfalls niedrigere
Wartungsarbeitskosten , dank der Besonderheiten, welche vor allem die Buchsen- und
die Kolbenbolzschmierung verbessert haben. Das Glanzschleifen der Laufbahnen und
das Rollenmaterial ergeben eine höhere Verschleißfestigkeit.
HI-SPEED 9 Rollen EVOLUTION3 wurde während des Polini Italian Cups
getestet.

Lo demuestra el hecho que, después de haber presentado 300 productos
nuevos en 2010, Polini Motori continúa trabajando en investigación y
desarrollo.
Polini HI SPEED 9 Rodillos EVOLUTION3, la última novedad, el variador
patentado para los scooter 50 que montan motor Piaggio o Yamaha Minarelli.
El nuevo Hi-Speed tiene la característica de llevar un innovador sistema de lubricación
patentado.
La boquilla es de acero especial níquel cromo cimentado, templado y rectificado. Se
distingue por su saco interno de gran capacidad que funciona como depósito de grasa,
en el interior del cual se sitúa un muelle especial que permite una distribución
constante de la grasa en el rodillo, incluso en las condiciones de uso más duras.
Con esta nueva tecnología, el rendimiento permanece constante y, respecto al modelo
anterior, ya no necesita modificarse continuamente la configuración de los rodillos
para conseguir el mejor rendimiento.
Se mantiene la característica única del variador Polini Evolution, que tiene 9 rodillos,
importantísimo en los circuitos para encontrar la mejor puesta a punto con una
precisión de una décima de gramo.
El interior de las pistas de los rodillos ha sido sometido a un tratamiento de
abrillantado para mejorar el deslizamiento.
Los rodillos están recubiertos con una nueva mezcla de material de nylon y fibras
aramídicas.
A sus mayores prestaciones se unen menores costes de mantenimiento, gracias a sus
especiales características, que han mejorado, sobre todo, la lubricación de la boquilla
y el eje, mientras el material de los rodillos permite una mayor resistencia al
desgaste.
