Système automatique qui utilise des pinces rinceuses qui bloquent les bouteilles par le col, les font pivoter de 180° pour amener leur goulot
au niveau des buses de traitement situées sur les pinces mêmes. Les buses peuvent être fixes ou d'arrivée dans la bouteille suivant les
exigences de production. Les circuits, réalisés dans un matériau adéquat pour produits alimentaires, sont entièrement séparés pour les
différents fuides utilisés, afin d’éviter le risque de contamination.
Sistema automático que utiliza pinzas enjuagadoras que bloquean las botellas por el cuello, las hacen rotar de 180° para poder colocar la
boca en correspondencia con las boquillas de tratamiento colocadas sobre las pinzas. Las boquillas pueden ser fijas o entrar en la botella
de acuerdo a las exigencias productivas. Los circuitos, en material idóneo para productos alimenticios,están completamente separados por
los diferentes fluidos utilizados a fin de evitar posibles contaminaciones.
1 “BLOW-SUCK” SYSTEM

Compressed air from the mains
supply is filtered and sterilized in
order to mechanically remove all
particles from the inside of the
bottle. The subsequent sucking
phase totally expels such particles
without contaminating the
surrounding environment.
2 DE-IONIZATION UNIT
(FOR BLOWERS)
The unit de-ionizes the particles
inside the container, facilitating
their expulsion. De-ionization can
be carried out using antistatic bars
or special electric nozzles.
3 RECYCLING AND
FILTERING UNIT

Thanks to a special collecting tank,
the water from the 1st and 2nd
treatments can be recycled,
collected and filtered, leading to
enormous savings in the quantity

SPRAY” device, no liquid detergent
is sprayed if the containers are not
present. - Provision can be made
on the machine for closed loop CIP
sanitation using dummy bottles.

Automatic system using rinsing grippers that hold the bottles by the neck and rotate them by 180° to position them at the processing nozzles
fitted on the carousel primitive diameter. These nozzles can either be fixed or enter the bottles depending on production requirements. The
circuits in which the various fluids are conveyed, constructed in food-safe materials, are totally separate, to safeguard against the risk of
contamination.
