LLENADO
Il est gravitaire à pression
atmosphérique, sans perte de
produit. En phase de remplissage,
l'air contenu dans la bouteille est
évacué vers l'extérieur, sans
contact avec le produit, évitant
ainsi tout danger de
contamination.
Ocurre por gravedad con presión
atmosférica sin pérdida de
producto. En fase de llenado, el
aire de la botella sale al exterior
sin entrar en contacto con el
producto y evitando
así el riesgo de contaminación.

Le réservoir, les robinets et toutes
les pièces au contact du produit
sont polis et légèrement inclinés
pour éviter les résidus de crasse et
faciliter les lavages et les drainages
réalisables avec des solutions
liquides, froides et chaudes. Pour
les versions de machine PET, on
fournit sur demande les fausses
bouteilles semi-automatiques.
DESINFECCIÓN
El tanque, los grifos y todas las
partes que entran en contacto con
el producto se pulen a espejo y se
inclinan ligeramente a fin de evitar
residuos de suciedad y facilitar los
lavados y los drenajes con soluciones
líquidas, calientes o frías. Paras las
máquinas PET se encuentran
disponibles, bajo solicitud, las
botellas falsas semiautomáticas.

2 FILLING
Gravity filling at atmospheric
pressure without product loss.
During the filling phase, the air
contained in the bottle is expelled
into the surrounding environment
without coming into contact with
the product, thus avoiding the
danger of contamination.
3 NO MORE SIZE CHANGE
OVER FOR PET BOTTLES
The bottles are conveyed at
all times, during transfer from one
phase to the next, by the“neck”.
For this reason, it is no longer
necessary to replace star
wheels and guides, nor to
make height adjustments
on all of the machines making up
the filling block.
4 SANITATION
The tank, filling valves and other
product contact parts are mirrorpolished and slightly tilted in order
to safeguard against dirt and
residue and to facilitate washing
and draining with hot or cold liquid
solutions. For PET machine
versions, semiautomatic dummy
bottles are available on request.
