Topics include • Privacy and Confidentiality • Charting Medical Records • Delegation and Supervision • Negligence and Civil Liability • Informed Consent • Medical Certificates, Forms, Notes, Legal Reports Each one of these modules can be submitted to the Royal College as either a Section 2 scanning activity, a Section 2 personal learning project, or a Section 3 self-assessment activity.
