The 25th International Conference on Neutrino Physics and Astrophysics
(Neutrino
2012) will be held in Kyoto, Japan during June 3-9, 2012.The primary purpose of this
Conference is to review the status of present and proposed researches in Neutrino
Physics and Astrophysics. It will consist of invited talks and posters. Details and
updated information are available in the Conference website:

The participation to the conference is by invitation only. If you are interested in
participating this conference and do not have invitation letter, please contact conference
secretariat. (E-mail address is given at the bottom.)

3. Program

and will be updated when needed.

4. Poster session
We accept your contributions to the poster session. The presenter of the accepted
contribution will be invited to this conference. However, the number of the posters is
limited to 200 at maximum and thus, not all the contributions may be accepted. The
abstract submission can be done via

The deadline of the submission is March 1, 2012. Then, the approval of your poster will
be notified by the end of March 2012.
5. Registration
Participants can make registration at
http://neu2012.kek.jp/neu2012/registration.html
As mentioned above, this conference is by invitation only. In order to make registration,
you need a registration Access Key which is written in the invitation letter. End of early
registration will be April 1, and late registration will end on May 13, 2012.
If your registration is canceled until May 13, the registration fee will be refunded,
except for 5000 yen for administrative expenses. No refund can be made for
cancellations after May 13 (Late Registration Deadline).
The number of participants is limited to about 500.
6. Financial Supports
Limited supports in the form of partial registration remission and/or supports on
accommodation fee will be available with a priority for graduate students and/or
speakers from the developing countries. An application can be made at

Graduate students should ask their thesis advisors to send a recommendation letter via
this web page, too. The deadline for applications is March 1, 2012.
7. Hotel Accommodation
Block reservations at several nearby hotels have beenmade for conference participants.

9. Travel information
The most convenient international airport to access to Kyoto is Kansai International
Airport.

From the airport to Kyoto, it takes about 85 minutes by taxi or bus, and 75 minutes by
train.
10. Visas
Participants from some countries will need a visa in order to enter Japan. Please check
if this will be necessary well in advance. Information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
