Booth Information At both the Tokyo and Kyoto events each booth will consist of one table with 2-chairs, an institution name banner, and a panel for sticking up posters. Please bring your own tape, scissors, drawing pins etc. The institution name banners will be W170cm x H70cm and will include the following information: -Name of institution in English and Japanese -Institution logo -Institution country 2 -Website address • Tokyo Set up: 3pm on 16th May (prior to networking reception), and from 10am-11:30am on 17th May Size of table: W180cm x D60cm Back panels: W198cm x H240cm Space for posters: W198cm x H170cm • Kyoto Set up: from 10am on 19th May Size of table: W180cm ×D40cm Back panels: W180cm x H180cm Space for posters: W180cm x H110 cm Wi-Fi internet access will be available at booths at both venues. N.B : N’oubliez pas d’apporter des affiches des programmes que vous souhaitez promouvoir. 7. Advance sending of materials: Nous vous proposons de faire parvenir votre documentation directemet à Campus France Japon qui se chargera ensuite de les disposer sur votre stand. Il est conseillé de prévoir 200 à 400 exemplaires pour Tokyo et 100 à 200 exemplaires pour Kyoto et de procéder à un envoi spéraré pour Tokyo et Kyoto. Networking Reception A cocktail reception for key Japanese contacts and participating institutions will be held on the 15th May from 18:00-19:45 at Meiji University (Kishimoto Tatsuo Hall, Liberty Tower 23rd Floor). Official invitations will be sent by email in mid-April. Depending on the total number of booth staff, participation in the reception may be limited to one person per institution. Your understanding here is appreciated. 9. Aides linguistiques Un aide linguistique sera présent sur chaque stand établissement Français ( tous ont un niveau B2 minimum ) pour vous aiderà l’accueuil du public. 10. Lunches • Tokyo/Kyoto Refreshments will be provided at the Tokyo event. Lunch and refreshments will be provided at the Kyoto event. 11. Travel (Tokyo to Kyoto) • Train: We recommend travelling by Shinkansen (Bullet Train) from Tokyo Station to Kyoto Station on the evening of the 17th May. Trains cost 12,710 Yen one way, and depart every 10 minutes. The last train leaves Tokyo at 21:20 and arrives into Kyoto Station at 23:31.
