updated and Mike Pearsell will ensure it
is QC’d by the French members.

website is essentially complete.
It was agreed we need a synopsis of
recent papers (author, title, paper
description, year). As a start it was

Infra-Guide Conference
Ronald Blanchet reported that the infraguide conference will be held in Quebec
City on November 20, 2006. This will
give exposure to the society to
municipalities. This will be an
information sharing exercise for
infrastructure. The business office to
produce a booth.

committee up to 1000 dollars for
conference booths.

The board questioned if the McGill
database of former students involved in
VE could be created to build on the
CSVA membership.

ratified the agreement with SAVE
International. A copy of the agreement
to be provided to the business office

Annual Conference
Tammy Dow will be handling day to
day activities. Expenditures will be by
check. The board endorsed providing a
$1000 dollar petty cash check to
Tammy Dow.
It was agreed the sponsorship letters
would be signed by Alain LeBlanc
