Our pizza range
The refrigeration counters have been designed to prepare pizzas while combining workstation and storage in the
same place, helping your staff to save time and energy. The bench tops are finished in granite and are ideal for
rolling dough and forming pizza bases. Counters are supplemented with our attractive countertop refrigerated
VRX which allows you to have all pizza toppings chilled and readily available.
The units have ventilated cooling with a cyclical automatic defrost; the temperature is clearly and constantly
displayed and can be set manually by pushing buttons on the electronic thermostat. The machine defrosts
automatically, notifying the user by means of an indicator light.
Counters and VRX are AISI 304 stainless steel. All elements of the structure are insulated and have internal,
rounded-bottom corners for easy cleaning. The doors of the counters are equipped with side-long handles
as well as four-sided magnetic gaskets to ensure a perfect seal. The gaskets can be removed without tools.
Refrigeration counters can be supplied with castors or height-adjustable stainless steel feet.
I nostri refrigeratori pizza sono stati appositamente realizzati per la preparazione di pizze permettendo di

porte sono dotate di maniglia laterale e guarnizioni magnetiche sui 4 lati per garantire un perfetto isolamento.
Le guarnizioni sono rimovibili senza attrezzi. Disponibili su ruote a sfere o su piedini regolabili in altezza in
acciaio inossidabile

artesanales y grande estructuras profesionales garantizando convenecia y facil control.
Nos meubles réfrigérés à pizza ont été à la fois conçus pour la préparation des pizzas et pour permettre de
combiner zone stockage et zone de travail, augmentant ainsi la productivité de vos employées. Les plans de
travail sont en granite et sont idéals pour rouler la pâte et préparer la base de pizza. Nos meubles à pizza
peuvent être combinés avec nos vitrines réfrigérées à poser inox VRX ce qui permet de conserver au frais vos
ingrédients tout en les maintenant facilement accessibles.
Nos meubles sont munis d’un system de froid ventile avec dégivrage automatique cyclique. La température
intérieure est affichée en permanence sur le thermostat électronique et peut être ajustée par boutons poussoir,
un voyant indiquant à l’utilisateur quand le dégivrage automatique est en marche.
Les meubles à pizza et vitrines VRX sont intégralement construits en acier inox AISI 304 (y compris le logement
du groupe), isolées et sont dotés d’angles internes inférieurs arrondis pour un nettoyage facile. Les portes sont
dotées d’une poignée courant sur toute leur hauteur ainsi que de joints magnétiques sur les 4 côtés assurant
une isolation parfaite. Les joints sont amovibles sans outils. Nos meubles sont disponibles sur roulettes ou sur
pieds inox réglables en hauteur.

раскатывания теста и формирования основ для пиццы. Столы дополнены привлекательными холодильными
витринами, которые позволяют держать наполнители для пиццы охлажденными и легко доступными в процессе
приготовления.
Оборудование оснащено вентилируемой системой охлаждения, которая гарантирует превосходное
распределение холодного воздуха в холодильной камере, а система испарения автоматически выводит
конденсат из системы. При этом температура внутри устройства постоянно отображается на электронном
термостате и может устанавливаться вручную. Во время автоматического оттаивания включается оповещающая
лампочка.
Столы изготовлены из нержавеющей стали AISI 304. Все элементы конструкции, включая отделение для
компрессора, изолированы, а углы - скруглены, что упрощает очищение поверхностей. Двери снабжены
ручками по всей длине и уплотнителями с магнитной вставкой, обеспечивающими плотное закрывание.
Уплотнители извлекаются без применения инструментов. Холодильные столы могут поставляться как на
регулируемых по высоте ножках, так и на колесиках.

fresh vegetables from over drying, and equalizes the temperature within the units, requiring less energy consumption. Condensed water is automatically evaporated. The saladette is supplied with one shelf per door;
the doors of the counter are self-closing and also have a stay-open mechanism. PS900 can be customized by
adding glass doors, splash back top and 1/2 drawers.

con ventilatore d’assistenza evita il seccarsi di prodotti freschi e uniforma la temperatura all’interno dell’unita’,

Storage refrigerators and freezers suit the needs of both the independent artisanal baker and larger ‘in-store’
bakeries, lending unprecedented convenience and control. Ventilated refrigeration guarantees an excellent
distribution of cold air in every part of the unit, and an evaporation system eliminates water condensation.
Counters are supplied with one shelf per door; the doors of the counter are self-closing and also have a stayopen mechanism. The counters can be customized by adding splash back tops or granite tops.
