Le rôle de la météorologie dans la formation du prix des commodités : le
cas du vin
L’objectif de la thèse est de dépasser les analyses de détermination du prix
du vin pour aboutir à une meilleure qualité de prévision des prix en
fonction des conditions météorologiques durant le cycle de croissance de
la vigne. L’accent sera mis sur le rôle des conditions climatiques dans la
formation des anticipations des agents.

The impact of meteorological conditions on wine price formation
The aim of the thesis is to go beyond the current analysis for determining
the price of the wine in order to achieve a better price forecasting based
on weather conditions during the vine growth cycle. The focus will be on
the role of climate in the formation of agents' expectations.
