Conférence « Rencontre avec les magistrats »
Le 21 février 2013 – INPI, Courbevoie, France
Organisée conjointement par MARQUES et par l’APRAM, en partenariat avec l’INPI – Institut
national de la propriété industrielle -, la conférence est une première initiative pour venir échanger
avec les magistrats français, et s’inscrit dans le programme de rencontres avec les juges
spécialisés en propriété industrielle, organisées par MARQUES à travers l’Europe depuis 2008.
La conférence aura lieu le 21 février 2013 dans les locaux de l’INPI, à Courbevoie. Les participants
auront le plaisir d’assister aux interventions de Madame Marie Courboulay du Tribunal de Grande
Instance de Paris, de Monsieur Eugène Lachacinsky de la Cour d’Appel de Paris, de Madame
Sylvie Mandel de la Cour de Cassation et de Monsieur Giuseppe Bertoli responsable du service
contentieux de l'OHMI.
La participation à la conférence est gratuite pour les membres des associations MARQUES et
APRAM dans la limite des places disponibles.

Conference « Meeting with the Judges »
21st February 2013 – INPI, Courbevoie, France
Co-organised by MARQUES and APRAM, with the support of the National Institute of Industrial
Property in France (the “INPI”), the conference provides for the first time in France the chance to
meet and debate with French Judges, and is part of the programme of meetings with specialised IP
judges, organised by MARQUES across Europe since 2008.
The conference will take place on the 21st of February 2013 at the premises of the INPI in
Courbevoie. The participants will have the pleasure of participating in discussions with Ms. Marie
Courboulay of the Paris High Court, Mr. Eugène Lachacinsky of the Paris Court of Appeal, Ms.
Sylvie Mandel of the French Supreme Court and Mr. Giuseppe Bertoli, Director of the OHIM
litigation department.
The participation is free of charge for all members to MARQUES and APRAM, subject to the
number of places available.
The conference will be in French. The programme will be circulated shortly.

L'APRAM – Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles – est une
association internationale francophone regroupant des spécialistes de Propriété Industrielle et
Intellectuelle, et plus spécifiquement des spécialistes en matière de marques et modèles.
Avec plus de 850 membres, dont près de 200 membres étrangers, exerçant dans le monde entier,
cette association qui a vu le jour il y a plus de 30 ans, propose ses activités à tous les juristes
francophones. Elle regroupe des juristes spécialisés en propriété intellectuelle issus des familles
des juristes d'entreprises, des Conseils en Propriété Industrielle et des avocats.
Dans le cadre de ses activités, l'APRAM est souvent conduite à réfléchir et à s'exprimer, à la
demande d'organismes ou d'institutions ou de sa propre initiative, sur diverses
questions juridiques relatives à la propriété intellectuelle. L’APRAM est également un interlocuteur
privilégié de l’OHMI en tant que membre du « Users Group » de l’Office communautaire. Elle a le
statut d’observateur auprès de l’Organisation mondiale de la propriété industrielle (OMPI).
