Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Prescribed use
Diese Automatikuhren dienen dazu die Zeit und das Datum anzuzeigen. Sie werden
durch Aufziehen des Uhrwerks mittels der Krone oder durch den Rotor des
Automatikwerks mit Energie versorgt.
These automatic watches serve for indicating the hour and date. They are supplied
with energy by winding up the watch movement by means of the watch crown or
via the rotor of the automatic mechanism.

Ziehen Sie die Krone in Stellung 3 und stellen Sie die Uhr!
Drücken Sie die Krone wieder in Stellung 1!
Pull the crown to position 3 and adjust the watch.
Replace the crown to its position 1.

How to set the date
Ziehen Sie die Krone in Stellung 2!
Stellen Sie das Datum durch Drehen der Krone gegen den Uhrzeigersinn ein!
Drücken Sie die Krone wieder in Stellung 1!
Pull the crown to position 2.
Adjust the date by turning the crown anti-clockwise.
Replace the crown to its position 1.

How to wind up the watch movement
Das Automatikwerk der Uhr zieht sich selbständig beim Tragen der Uhr am
Handgelenk auf. Wenn die Uhr jedoch längere Zeit (mehr als 24 Stunden) nicht
getragen wird, bleibt sie stehen. Sie kann dann durch Drehen der Krone in Stellung
1 von Hand aufgezogen werden. Sollte sie dann nicht gleich den Betrieb wieder aufnehmen, schütteln Sie sie kurz ruckartig, um ihr den entsprechenden Anlaufimpuls
zu geben.
The automatic mechanism of the watch winds up by itself when you wear your
watch on your wrist. However, the watch will stop if you do not wear it for a long
time (more than 24 hours). It may then be wound up by hand by turning the crown
to position 1. If it should not take up working again briefly shake it in a jerk to give
it an appropriate starting pulse.
How to shorten the strap
Verkürzung des Armbands
Für kleinere Verkürzungen setzen Sie den Federsteg an der Faltschliesse in eine
andere Bohrung ein!
Ist jedoch eine größere Verkürzung erforderlich können ein oder mehrere Glieder
aus dem Armband entfernt werden. Schrauben Sie hierzu die Gliederachsen der
betreffenden Glieder auf (Pfeil auf der Innenseite des Armbands weist zur Schraube)
und entfernen Sie die überzähligen Glieder! Sollten Sie nicht über geeignetes
Werkzeug für diese Arbeiten verfügen, wenden Sie sich an einen Uhrmacher!
Wasser- und Stoßfestigkeit
Die Uhr ist für den Normalgebrauch stoßgesichert. Sie sollte jedoch nicht extremen
Stößen ausgesetzt werden, wie sie z.B. beim Fall auf harte Böden auftreten.
Hierdurch kann das Uhrwerk beschädigt werden. Die Bezeichnung "Water
Resistand 30m" auf dem Gehäuseboden, bedeutet, dass diese Uhr zum Baden,
Autowaschen, duschen usw. geeignet ist. Es handelt sich aber hierbei um keine
Taucheruhr.
Ganggenauigkeit
Die Ganggenauigkeit der Automatikuhr sollte nach einer Einlaufzeit von ca. einem
Monat überprüft werden! Sollten Sie eine größere Gangabweichung feststellen,
bringen Sie die Uhr bitte zu einem Uhrmacher, der die Genauigkeit leicht einstellen
kann!

For smaller length reductions, insert the spring web on the foldable closure into
another bore.However, if a larger length reduction is necessary one link or some
links may be removed from the strap. To do so, screw open the center lines of the
links concerned (with the arrow at the inside of the strap facing the screw) and
remove the excessive links. If you should not have appropriate tools use the help of
a watchmaker.
Water tightness and shock resistance
The watch is protected against shocks when in normal use. However, it should not
be subjected to extremely heavy shocks as will occur when it falls onto a hard
ground, for instance. This can damage the watch movement. The designation
"Water Resistance 30 m" on the bottom of the casing means that this watch may
be worn while you swim or take a shower or wash your car. However, the watch is
not for use by divers.
Watch accuracy
The accuracy of the automatic watch mechanism should be checked after an initial
running time of about one month. If you should find the watch to largely deviate from
accuracy send it to a watchmaker who will readily be able to set it accurately.

Utilisation prévue
Ces montres automatiques servent à indiquer l’heure et la date. Elles sont alimentées en énergie soit en remontant le mécanisme par le remontoir, soit par le rotor
du mécanisme automatique.
Mode d’emploi
Couronne du remontoir (3 positions)
Affichage de la date
Réglage de l’heure
Tirez sur la couronne pour la mettre en position 3 puis mettez la montre à l’heure !
Appuyez sur la couronne pour la faire revenir dans sa position initiale 1 !
Réglage de la date
Tirez sur la couronne pour la mettre en position 2 !
Réglez la date en tournant la couronne du remontoir dans le sens contraire des
aiguilles d’une montre !
Appuyez sur la couronne pour la faire revenir dans sa position initiale 1 !
Remonter la montre
Le mécanisme automatique remonte la montre de lui-même quand vous la portez
au poignet. Cependant, si la montre n’est pas portée pendant une longue période
(plus de 24 heures), elle s’arrête. Elle peut être remontée manuellement en tournant
le remontoir mis sur position 1. Au cas où elle ne se remettrait pas à marcher immédiatement, secouez-la d’un coup bref et sec pour lui donner l’impulsion de démarrage nécessaire.
Raccourcir le bracelet
Pour un petit raccourcissement, placez la barrette à ressort du mécanisme de fermeture dans un autre trou !
Pour un raccourcissement plus important, retirer un ou plusieurs éléments du bracelet. Pour ce faire, dévissez les axes des éléments concernés (flèche à l’intérieur
du bracelet indique où est la vis) puis retirez les éléments superflus ! Au cas où vous
ne disposeriez pas des outils appropriés à ce genre de travail, veuillez vous adresser à un horloger !
Etanchéité et résistance aux chocs
Cette montre est suffisamment résistante aux chocs pour un usage normal. Evitez
cependant de la soumettre à des chocs extrêmes comme par ex. la chute sur un sol
dur. Ceci risque d’endommager les rouages intérieurs. L’indication "Water
Resistand 30m" sur le dos du boîtier signifie seulement que vous pouvez porter cette montre au bain, pour laver la voiture ou prendre une douche par ex. Il ne s’agit
cependant pas d’une montre de plongée.
Précision
La précision de cette montre automatique doit être contrôlée après une période de
rodage d’env. un mois ! Si vous constatiez des écarts importants, veuillez apporter
cette montre à un horloger qui pourra facilement en ajuster la précision.
