SNOW GUARANTEE
Offer only applies to bookings made between 14th February 2011 and 3rd April 2011 (inclusive). This offer does
not apply to non-skiing packages and it will not be applied to existing bookings. Offer is only valid for a
minimum stay of 7 nights departing 27th March or 3rd April 2011, with or without flights, to the following
resorts: Aime La Plagne, Alpe d’Huez , Arcs Extreme, Avoriaz, Cervinia, Chamonix, La Plagne 2100, Les Deux
Alpes, Les Menuires, Meribel Antares, Meribel Aspen Park, Meribel le Chalet, Tignes Val Claret, Val d’Isere
and Val Thorens.
If less than 50% of the pistes are open during your stay, get 50% of your holiday cost back!
Step 1
On the official ski resort’s internet page (*see below), the official opening rate of the pistes will be indicated.
If this opening rate is less than 50% due to lack of snow, you can be reimbursed for 50% of your holiday cost or
50% of the days impacted by the lack of snow on a pro-rata basis (membership fees and any additional package
at extra cost are excluded)
Warning: bad weather, storms and heavy snow falls are excluded.
Step 2
How will you be reimbursed?
- Firstly, inform our Reception staff on site that you wish to claim a refund/partial refund on your holiday cost.
- Make sure that you fill in a declaration which must be countersigned by them and that you take the original/a
copy with you.
-Send the declaration by post to Sales Support Team, Club Med, 1st floor, 10-18 Putney Hill, London SW15
6AA or scan it and email to [email protected]
- The relevant refund will be made to the card you used to pay your holiday within 14 days of receipt of your
request or via your travel agent.
