REGELMATIGHEIDS RALLY
De zevende editie van de ZOUTE RALLY by Chubb zal
185 oldtimers verwelkomen van de meest prestigieuze
automerken, in het hartje van het Zoute te Knokke-Heist,
België. De regelmatigheids rally en balade, voorbehouden
voor wagens met eerste inschrijvingsdatum in het verkeer
tussen 01.01.1920 en 31.12.1965, wordt op donderdag 6,
vrijdag 7 en zaterdag 8 oktober 2016 georganiseerd.

REGULARITY RALLY
La septième édition du ZOUTE RALLY by Chubb 2016
accueillera 185 voitures anciennes au cœur du Zoute
à Knokke-Heist, Belgique. Le rallye de régularité et la
balade sont réservé aux véhicules immatriculés entre
01.01.1920 et 31.12.1965 qui aura lieu les jeudi 6,
vendredi 7 et samedi 8 octobre prochains.

Op donderdag 6 oktober komen alle deelnemers samen
aan de ZOUTE DRIVERS CLUB® by Lebeau-Courally
op het strand tegenover het Albertplein van Het Zoute voor
de technische controle en administratieve formaliteiten. Deze
ZOUTE DRIVERS CLUB® by Lebeau-Courally staat het
volledige weekend ter beschikking van alle piloten en copiloten. Na de technische controle zal elk team, die wenst
deel te nemen aan de regularty testen, gevraagd worden om
op donderdag reeds een RT proloog af te werken. De uitslag
van deze RT zal worden meegedeeld op donderdag avond.
De startvolgorde van de Rally wordt bepaald aan de hand
van de prestaties tijdens deze eerste test. Om 17u start de
preview cocktail van de ZOUTE SALE® by Bonhams in de
VIP tent op het Albertplein gevolgd door een barbecue in de
Riverwoods Beach Club.
Le jeudi 6 octobre les participants inscrits rejoindront
le ZOUTE DRIVERS CLUB® by Lebeau-Courally à la
plage en face du Place Albert au Zoute afin d’y procéder
aux contrôles techniques et administratifs. Ce ZOUTE
DRIVERS CLUB® by Lebeau-Courally sera à disposition
pour tous les pilotes et co-pilotes durant tout le weekend. Après l’inspection technique chaque équipe,
souhaitant participer à la section d’essai en régularité,
sera invité à se soumettre à une épreuve de régularité
en guise de proloque le jeudi. Le résultat de cet RT
sera annoncé le jeudi soir. L’ordre de départ du rallye
est déterminée sur la base de la performance lors du
premier test. A 17h00 boissons de bienvenue lors du
preview cocktail du ZOUTE SALE® by Bonhams dans le
chapiteau à la Place Albert, suivi d’un barbecue au River
Woods Beach Club.
Op vrijdag 7 oktober vertrekt de eerste wagen omstreeks
8u30 vanaf de ZOUTE DRIVERS CLUB® by LebeauCourally voor een parcours door het schilderachtige
Vlaanderen met een lunch op een unieke plek. De eerste
rallydag eindigt met de FLYING QUARTER MILE®
in Heist. Om 16u wordt de eerste deelnemer onder
politiebegeleiding naar het Zoute teruggebracht. De
wagens worden geparkeerd in de verkeersvrije Kustlaan.
Tussen 16u en 19u worden alle deelnemers verwacht in
de ZOUTE DRIVERS CLUB® by Lebeau-Courally voor
de Filliers & Fever Tree cocktail. Om 20u worden alle
deelnemers verwacht op een geheime locatie voor een niet
te missen Dinner Party.
Le vendredi 7 octobre la première étape partira du
ZOUTE DRIVERS CLUB® by Lebeau-Courally vers un
endroit d’exception pour le lunch. Un après-midi roulant
mais sélectif ramènera les participants vers Knokke après
la dernière étape, le FLYING QUARTER MILE® à Heist.
A 16h00 le premier participant rejoindra le Zoute sous
escorte de la police. Les voitures seront stationnées
dans la Kustlaan piétonnière. Entre 16h00 et 19h00 tous
les participants sont la bienvenue au ZOUTE DRIVERS
CLUB® by Lebeau-Courally pour le cocktail Filliers &
Fever Tree. A 20h00 les participants seront attendus à
un endroit tenu secret pour dîner et fêter le premier jour
de rallye.
Op zaterdag 8 oktober start de winnaar van de eerste
rally dag om 8u30 vanaf de ZOUTE DRIVERS CLUB®
by Lebeau-Courally om een tweede unieke rally dag te
beleven door het pittoreske Vlaanderen met tal van rally
proeven. Om 16u wordt de eerste wagen verwacht voor
de grote finale op het podium op de Zeedijk-Albertplein in
het Zoute. Tussen 15u en 19u worden alle piloten en copiloten verwacht in de VIP tent op het Albertplein waar zij
in het gezelschap van de genodigeden van sponsors en
autopartners kunnen genieten van een glaasje Ruinart
champagne tijdens de ZOUTE RALLY® by Chubb Cocktail.
Le samedi 8 octobre le vainqueur de la première
étappe partira à 8h30 du ZOUTE DRIVERS CLUB® by
Lebeau-Courally à travers la Flandre pittoresque avec
de nombreuses épreuves. A 16h00 la première voiture
sera attendu pour la grande finale sur le podium de la
Dique-Place Albert au Zoute. Entre 15h00 et 19h00
tous les pilotes et co-pilotes seront atendus dans
le châpiteau VIP à la Place Albert pour profiter d’un
verre de Champagne Ruinart lors du cocktail ZOUTE
RALLY® by Chubb en compagnie des invités des
sponsors et partenaires automobiles.
BALADE
BALADE
Deelnemers hebben de keuze om deel te nemen aan
de relematigheids rally of balade. Als deelnemer aan de
gechronometreerde regelmatigheidsrally wordt elk team
onderworpen aan tal van testen en proeven. De Baladeurs
rijden op eigen tempo een gelijkaardig maar alternatief
parcours met elke voor- en namiddag een leuke stop.
Les passionnés de voitures anciennes qui ne souhaitent
pas rouler en “régularité” et “contre le chrono” se verront
offrir la possibilité d’évoluer au Road Book dans les
mêmes régions sur un parcours plus court que celui des
rallyemen.
Deze zevende editie voorziet tal van verrassingen en leuke
en culinaire momenten onder de deelnemers en genodigden
en wordt zoals de vijf voorgaande edities de ideale afsluiter
van het rally seizoen.
Cette septième édition relevée de son plateau
exceptionnel prévoit plus de surprises et de moments
culinaires entre les participants et les invités et clôturera
la saison des événements oldtimer d’une manière
magistrale comme les cinq éditions précédentes.
De deelname prijs per team van 2 personen bedraagt
3.395,00 EUR excl. 21% BTW. In deze prijs is inbegrepen:
de volledige rally organisatie, ontbijten, lunches, recepties en
diners inclusief het exclusieve Gala Diner in de Royal Zoute
Golf Club op zaterdag avond.
Le prix de participation est de 3.395,00 euro hors TVA
21%. Le prix comprend : l’entière organisation du rallye,
les petits-déjeuners, les déjeuners du midi, les réceptions
et les dîners y compris le dîner de gala exceptionnel au
Royal Zoute Golf Club le samedi soir.
U kunt zich kandidaat stellen, waarna het selectie comité

Les intéresses peuvent poser leur candidature après quoi
le comité jugera les inscriptions.
Per team kunnen maximum 2 extra tickets worden besteld

Par voiture un supplément de 2 tickets peut être

In 2016, the sixth edition of the ZOUTE RALLY® by
Chubb 2016 welcomes 185 old-timers from the most
prestigious automobile makers, to the heart of Knokke
le Zoute, Belgium. The regularity rally and the ballad
are open to cars registered between 01.01.1920 and
31.12.1965, and will take place on Thursday 6th, Friday
7th and Saturday 8th October.
On Thursday 6th October all participants will gather
in the ZOUTE DRIVERS CLUB® by Lebeau-Courally
on the beach where technical verifications and
administrative formalities will take place. This ZOUTE
DRIVERS CLUB® by Lebeau-Courally will be open for
all the pilots and co-pilots during the whole weekend.
After the technical inspection every team wishing to
participate in the regularity test section will be asked
to issue a RT trial already on Thursday. The outcome
of this RT will be announced on Thursday evening. The
starting order of the Rally is determined on the basis of
the performance during the first test. At 5:00pm there
will be the preview cocktail by the ZOUTE SALE® by
Bonhams in the marquee at the Place Albert followed
by a barbecue in the River Woods Beach Club.
On Friday 7th October the rally will leave at 8:30 am
from the ZOUTE DRIVERS CLUB® by Lebeau-Courally,
bringing participants to a unique location where lunch will
be served. In the afternoon they will follow a selective
route, driving back to Knokke. The first day will end with
the FLYING QUARTER MILE® in Heist. At 4:00pm the
first participant will be brought back to le Zoute by the
police. The cars will be parked in the Kustlaan. Between
4:00 pm and 7:00 pm all participants are welcome for
the Filliers & Fever Tree cocktail in de ZOUTE DRIVERS
CLUB® by Lebeau-Courally. At 8:00 pm all participants
are invited to a secret place for a Dinner Party.
On Saturday 8th October, the winner of the first rally
day starts at 8:30 am to experience a second unique rally
day through the picturesque Flanders with numerous rally
tests. At 4:00 pm the first car is expected for the grand
finale on stage at the Albertplein in le Zoute. Between 3:00
pm and 7:00 pm all pilots and co-pilots are expected in
the VIP marquee at the Dyke-Albertplein, where they can
enjoy a glass of Ruinart champagne during the ZOUTE
RALLY® by Chubb cocktail in company of the guests of
sponsors and car partners.
BALLAD
Participants who don’t wish to drive the timed special
stages have the possibility of following a shorter road
in the same region as the rally drivers, but at their own,
leisurely pace.
This seventh edition has a lot of surprises and culinary
moments for the participants and their invites and it will
be a perfect closure of the Belgian rally season as well as
the summer season of Knokke le Zoute.
The participation fee per car for two persons is 3.395,00
VAT excluded. In this price is included: the whole
rally organization, the breakfasts, the lunches, all the
receptions and dinners including the exclusive Gala
Dinner in the Royal Zoute Golf Club on Saturday Night.
Car owners interested in participating can register after
which a committee will judge all entry forms.
Per team maximum 2 extra tickets can be ordered for the
VIP cocktail and the Gala Dinner on Saturday, see further

Een aanvraag tot deelname wordt slechts in aanmerking genomen bij ontvangst van een degelijk ingevuld en ondertekend deelnemingsformulier en bij ontvangst van het

2016 zal het selectiecomité de deelnemers zorgvuldig selecteren. Bij niet aanvaarding door het selectiecomité zal de kandidaat hiervan schriftelijk op de hoogte worden gebracht

RALLY® by Chubb reeds volboekt is. Dan heeft u als kandidaat deelnemer de mogelijkheid om deel uit te maken van een wachtlijst. Van zodra er een plaats vrijkomt in de rally
zal deze kandidaat deelnemer onmiddellijk op de hoogte worden gebracht. • Het is toegestaan het formulier in te dienen ook al kent de deelnemer de naam van zijn co-piloot nog
niet. De ontbrekende gegevens moeten dan wel zo snel mogelijk worden doorgegeven via e-mail: [email protected]. • Dit formulier is slechts een “aanvraag” tot deelname
van de zijde van de deelnemer en verplicht de inrichter niet tot aanvaarding van de kandidatuur. De beslissing van het selectiecomité is zonder verhaal.

De kandidaat deelnemer engageert zich, door
ondertekening van de aanvraag tot inschrijving
van de ZOUTE RALLY® by Chubb 2016, de
volgende etiquette regels te respecteren :

by Chubb 2016 s’engage à respecter les
règles d’étiquette suivantes :
By signing the request for participation in the
ZOUTE RALLY ® by Chubb 2016, the
candidate participant hereby agrees to respect
the following rules of etiquette:
1. Hij engageert zich te gedragen als Gentleman
Driver, ttz. dat hij de verkeersreglementering zal
respecteren en meer specifiek voor wat betreft
het respecteren van de opgelegde snelheden in
de bebouwde kom van de steden en gemeentes
die de Rally doorkruist. Hij engageert zich
dus, om in alle omstandigheden, elk agressief,
verboden of gevaarlijk rijgedrag uit te sluiten.
1. Il s’engage à se comporter en Gentleman
Driver, c’est-à-dire qu’il respectera les règles
du Code de la Route plus particulièrement
et plus spécifiquement pour ce qui concerne
le respect des vitesses imposées dans les
agglomérations. Il s’engage donc à bannir
en toute circonstance tout comportement
non autorisé bien sûr mais aussi tout
comportement agressif, peu approprié ou
dangereux.
1. He commits to behave as a Gentleman Driver;
he will follow all traffic rules and regulations and
more specifically, in respect of the speed limits
imposed in urban communities and towns the
Rally crosses through. He commits therefore, in
all circumstances, to refrain from any aggressive,
forbidden or dangerous driving behaviour.
2. Hij engageert zich ook om zich aan de start te
presenteren met een wagen, volledige conform
de verkeersreglementering, en er voornamelijk
voor te zorgen dat de kwaliteit van de remmen
en banden uitstekend zijn. Ook dienen alle
onderdelen die verbonden zijn aan veiligheid en
betrouwbaarheid in goede staat te zijn.
3. Hij engageert zich op zijn erewoord,
geen enkele mechanische of elektronische
cadansmeter te gebruiken. Hij zal zich refereren
naar het algemeen reglement van de rally
waarin wordt verwezen naar de toegelaten meet
apparatuur in het kader van de regulariteits rally.
Dit is niet van toepassing voor de balade.
Het niet respecteren van bovenstaande
elementaire regels, zelfs gedeeltelijk, van deze
regulariteits rally, geeft het recht aan de
waarnemer van de Belgische Federatie van
Oude Voertuigen, of aan zijn medewerker of aan
een medewerker van de organisatie, hiervoor de
nodige sancties op te leggen
2. Il s’engage à se présenter au départ
avec une voiture totalement en conformité
avec les obligations du Code de la Route,
spécialement en ce qui concerne la qualité
des freins et des pneus du véhicule et plus
généralement pour ce qui concerne tous les
organes directement liés à la fiabilité et à la
sécurité du véhicule présenté.
3. Il s’engage sur l’honneur à n’utiliser aucun
appareillage de type ‘cadenseur’, que celuici soit manuel ou électronique.
Il se réfèrera au Règlement Particulier
de l’Epreuve qui indiquera quels sont les
appareillages uniquement permis dans le
cadre du Rallye de Régularité.
Le non respect total ou même partiel de
ces règles élémentaires de la pratique du
sport donnera lieu à des sanctions laissée
à l’appréciation de l’Observateur de la
Fédération Belge des Véhicules Anciens ou
à son délégué et/ou juge de fait.

2. He commits to presenting himself at the
beginning of the rally, with a vehicle that fully
conforms to traffic regulations and of which the
quality of the brakes and tyres is excellent. This
also means all parts that relate to safety and
reliability are in good condition.
3. He commits, on word of honour, not to use
any mechanical or electronic cadence meter. He
will refer to the general rules of the rally, in which
reference is made to permitted measurement
apparatus in the framework of the regularity rally.
This is not applicable for the ballad.
Failure to comply to the elementary rules
above, even temporarily, gives officials from the
Belgische Federatie van Oude Voertuigen, or a
staff member from the organisation, the right to
apply the necessary sanctions.
