Objectifs
This module will provide a complete overview of the aspects related to aircraft operator
engineering management. Typical functions of the airline engineering department will be
analyzed together with the typical activities: preparation and management of the maintenance
program, maintenance scheduling and follow-up, reliability program and service bulletins
evaluation and management, Certificate of Airworthiness management. Students will have the
opportunity to review theoretical concepts together with practical examples.

[A] : First Week : CAMO – Requirements
1. Introduction to the module
2. Aviation Authority Requirements
[B] : Second Week : CAMO – Management
3. Aircraft Management Software
4. Operator Maintenance Program
[C] : Third Week : CAMO – Management
5. Airline engineering
6. Aircraft Spares management
7. Aircraft phase in/phase out
Distance learning: 3 weeks of E-Learning – 18h (6 h per week)
Each chapter provides a self assessment by distance on line interface. A weekly assessment
will lead to evaluate the student at the end of each week by distance on line interface.
On the formation location: Three days – 17h
• Overview of the whole E-Learning course – 3h
• Case Study – 12h
• Evaluation: Final Assessment and presentation of the case study by the student – 2h
