These major modifications, which are not designed by the type certificate holder of the concerned aircraft, are called STC (supplemental type certificate). This module intends to provide a wide knowledge about the STC, and to describe the interactions between STC and existing organisations approvals (especially DOA, but also POA, CAMO and approval of maintenance organisations).
