There are 2 train stations in Avignon:
 Avignon TGV station : situated 6 km from the city center
 Avignon CITY CENTRE station: a few steps from the city center of Avignon
 There is a regular train shuttle that runs every 15mn between the 2 stations
If you want to arrive right in AVIGNON city center:
 Make sure to buy a ticket for Avignon CITY CENTRE station
 Therefore your ticket will include the train shuttle
(that runs every 15mn from the TGV station to the CITY CENTRE)
You may also buy a ticket like in the example below:
 CDG Paris airport > Avignon TGV station
 Followed by a train change from Avignon TGV station > Avignon CITY CENTRE station
BY TAXI FROM TGV STATION TO THE CENTER OF AVIGNON
