Descriptive
This document describes how to launch manually the backup procedure to save the IPS on the mission NAS
Operating Mode
Validated Individual Presence Sheets, once imported into SAGA, must be saved on the NAS of the mission, in a
specific folder called TIMESHEET. An automatic routine is set up to save them twice per day, from the HR manager
computer on the NAS. Nevertheless, it is strongly recommended to launch the backup process manually after
the IPS have been imported in SAGA to make sure that they are saved rapidly on the NAS.
1. Launching the backup
On your computer, look for the icon
on your bottom screen toolbar. Click on it to launch.
Select the TIMESHEET icon:
Then click on task to open the menu

Click “Force Full (selected)”
Click “ok”

The task will run until you see the message saying it has been completed.
During the process you will see a progression indicator at the bottom of the screen, and the name of the IPS that
are being copied onto the NAS.
End message telling you if the
backup was successful.
In case of problem contact your IT
manager
Close COBIAN when it is finished.
