Actros combination rearlight
2VP 007 500-521 with backup alarm
In Austria and England vehicles of the classes N2, N3
and M3 (= commercial vehicles / buses) have had to be
equipped with backup alarms, which have nighttime
switch-off, since the beginning of 2005.
Backup alarm with nighttime switch-off. Daimler equips
series-production vehicles in these countries with backup
alarms. Due to increased demand from the IAM, we have
extended our range by a version with backup alarm for
right-hand traffic.
Product pictures
The number of lights sold in the OE / OES business is so
small that it is not worth including a light with backup alarm
for left-hand traffic in our range.

Description
Light SRBBLZR UR SMLR RE MG with backup alarm and nighttime switch-off.
This version can replace the right-hand 2VP 007 500-421 if the customer would
light to use the combination rearlight with backup alarm. In the light, the backup
alarm is connected to the ZR function. The backup alarm is activated when the
vehicle is put into reverse.
