EXERCISE D’ENTRAINEMENT DE CAMPAGNE
(EEC)
SPRING FIELD TRAINING EXERCISE (FTX)
Du 17 mai 2013 au 19 mai 2013, le Corps de cadet aura
sont EEC de printemps. Ceux qui non pas participé aux
EEC de Bivouac ou au EEC d’hiver doivent participer à
cette EEC pour compléter leurs Niveau Étoile. L’EEC de
printemps se tiendra au centre d’entrainement de Farnham.
Les cadets feront un exercice de navigation et auront la
chance de compléter leur entrainement avec une course à
obstacles. Pour plus d’information, consultez l’annexe A.
From 17 May 2013 to 19 May 2013, the Cadet Corps will
be having its Spring FTX. Those cadets who did not
attend the Bivouac FTX or the Winter FTX must attend
this FTX in order to complete their Star Level. The
Spring FTX will be held at Training Area Farnham. Cadets
will be doing a navigation exercise and have the chance to
complete the training centre’s obstacle course. For more
information, see Annex A.

EXPÉDITION ÉTOILE ARGENT
Le 24 mai 2013 au 26 mai 2013, les Étoiles Argents
participeront à une expédition pour leur niveau d’étoile. La
participation à cette activité est obligatoire. TOUS LES
CADETS DU NIVEAU D’ ÉTOILE ARGENT DOIVENT
PARTICIPER À CETTE ACTIVITÉ POUR COMPLÉTER
LEUR ÉTOILE ARGENT. Les étoiles or qui n’ont pas
participé à leur expédition plus tôt cette année doivent
participer à cette activité pour compléter leur programme
étoile or.

CÉRÉMONIAL DE REVUE ANNUELLE
SILVER STAR EXPEDITION
From 24 May 2013 to 26 May 2013, the Silver Stars will be
participating in their Star Level Expedition. Participation at
this event is mandatory. ALL SILVER STARS ARE
REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE EXPEDITION IN ORDER
TO COMPLETE THE SILVER STAR PROGRAM. Those
Gold Stars who did not attend the Gold Star Expedition
earlier this year, must attend this event in order to complete
the Gold Star program.

ANNUAL CEREMONIAL REVIEW
Le 2 juin 2013 le corps de cadets aura son cérémonial de
revue annuelle à l’aréna Bob-Birnie en Pointe-Claire. La
cérémonie va commencer à 14h00, mais les invitées
doivent arriver avant 13h30. Les cadets doivent arriver à
08h30 poursuivre faire les préparations finale pour la
cérémonie.
On 2 June 2013 the Cadet Corps will have its Annual
Ceremonial Review at Bob-Birnie Arena in Pointe-Claire.
The ceremony will start at 14h00, but guests should arrive
before 13h30. The Cadets will arrive at 08h30 in order to
make the final preparations for the ceremony.
Le 1 juin 2013 le corps de cadets participeront dans des
pratiques de parade. Les cadets doivent arriver à 08h30
avec tous les articles de son uniforme. Le jour va terminer
à 16h00.
On 1 June 2013 the Cadet Corps will participate in parade
practices. The cadets have to arrive at 08h30 with all of
their uniform parts. The day will end at 16h00.

EXERCICE AVENTURIER BIVOUAC : LE 17 – 19 MAI 13
BIVOUAC FIELD TRAINING EXERCISE: 17 – 19 MAY 13
1. 2806 Pointe-Claire (RMR) va participer à un exercice
aventurier de bivouac de 17h00 le 17 mai 2013 jusqu’à
17h00 le 19 mai 2013 à CFB Farnham.
2. Les cadets devront apporter tous les items qui se
trouvent à l’annexe A (ci-dessous). Les cadets recevront un
sac de couchage, un matelas et un sac à dos.
1. 2806 Pointe-Claire (RMR) will conduct a Bivouac Field
Training Exercise commencing at 17:00, 17 May 2013 and
finishing at 17:00, 19 May 2013 at CFB Farnham.
2. Cadets are required to bring the items listed on Annex
A (below). Cadets will be issued a sleeping bag, mattress
and rucksack.
3. Votre enfant devra apporter sa carte d’assurancemaladie, médicaments et feuille de permission afin de
participer. Les cadets étant diabétique, souffrant
d’allergies ou d’asthme doivent apporter leurs
médicaments/pompes. Le souper vendredi soir n’est pas
fourni – mangez chez vous avant d’aller au CC ou amenez
votre souper pour manger en route.
3. All cadets must bring their Medicare Card, medications
and permission slip with them in order to participate.
Cadets who are diabetic, have allergies or asthma, must
have their medication/pump with them. Supper Friday
night is not provided – eat at home or bring supper to eat
on the bus.
4. Départ : Le 17 mai 2013 à 18:30 du corps de cadets. Il
est important que votre enfant arrive au corps avant
18:00 pour la préparation de son équipement.
4. Departure: 17 May 2013 at 18:30 from the Cadet
Corps. Cadets should arrive at the corps before 18:00 for
equipment preparation.
5. Retour: Le 19 mai 2013 à 16:30 au corps de cadets.

Dear Parents / Guardians
There will be a practice for our Annual Cadet Review on Sunday, June 1. All cadets
must arrive on Saturday at the Bob-Birnie Arena, 58 Maywood, Pointe-Claire, at 8:30am.
Dismissal will be at 4:00pm. All cadets must bring their entire uniform clean and pressed, on
hangers, with polished boots in a plastic bag. Everyone must bring a lunch, snacks, bottle of
water, etc. Dress is comfortable civilian clothing.
Sunday, June 2, all cadets must arrive at the arena at 8:30am for parade practice. Lunch
will be provided for everyone. Dismissal after the parade is tentatively 5:00 pm.
This is a very important event and all cadets are strongly encouraged to attend. Your
support of your child’s participation is greatly appreciated.

Il y aura une pratique pour la revue annuelle samedi, le 1 juin. Tous les cadets doivent se
présenter à l’aréna Bob-Birnie, 58 Maywood, Pointe-Claire, à 8h30. Les activités termineront à
16h00. Tous les cadets doivent apporter leur uniforme complet, propre et repassé, sur un cintre,
avec bottes cirées dans un sac en plastique, ainsi qu’un lunch, collations et bouteille d’eau. La
tenue est linge civil confortable.
Le dimanche, 2 juin, tous les cadets doivent se présenter à l’aréna à 8h30 pour la pratique
finale. Le lunch sera fourni pour tout le monde. La fin est prévue pour 17h00.
Ceci est un événement très spécial et tous les cadets sont fortement encouragés de
participer. Votre support et participation pour votre enfant est grandement apprécié.

Aux Parents/Tuteurs,
De nouveau, nous approchons de la fin d’une autre année d’entraînement. Le dimanche 2 juin
aura lieu notre revue annuelle. Cette année nous participerons à une revue annuelle avec
l’Escadron 830 de Pierrefonds.
Cet événement permet aux 2 unités de rassembler les jeunes afin qu’ils puissent démontrer leurs
habiletés d’exercice militaire, leur discipline personnelle, de même que l’esprit d’équipe qu’ils
ont développé ensemble. Ils auront également la chance de vous démontrer ce qu’ils auront
accompli au cours de l’année, par des démonstrations d’activités ainsi qu’une projection de
montage photo.
Je vous invite sincèrement à nous joindre dans cet événement annuel spécial. Ce
défilé/inspection aura lieu à l’aréna Bob-Birnie, 58 Maywood, Pointe-Claire. Les portes
ouvriront pour les invités à 13h00. (SVP invitez vos familles et amis.) La parade commence à
13h30.
Nous vous demandons SVP. de nous confirmer votre présence le 17 mai, 2013 au plus tard.

Dear Parents/Guardians,
Once again we are approaching the end of another training year. Our annual parade will take
place on Sunday, June 2. This year we will participate in a joint annual review with the 830
Squadron of Pierrefonds.
The youth of our two units have assembled together for this event in order to demonstrate their
skills in military drill, their personal discipline, as well as the team spirit they have developed
together. They will also have an opportunity to show what they have accomplished throughout
the course of the current year, with demonstrations of their various activities and a photo
montage.
I sincerely invite you to join us in this special annual event. This Parade/Inspection will take
place at the Bob-Birnie Arena at 58 Maywood, Pointe-Claire. The doors will be open for guests
(invite your families and friends) at 1:00pm. The parade will begin at 1:30.
We ask that you please confirm your attendance by May 17, 2012.
