Vorwort
Vom 23. bis 30. August 2014 geht der 46. Radweltpokal, das Masters Cycling Classic „Straße“ und
das Masters Cycling Classic „Einzelzeitfahren“ über die Bühne. Bei diesem Mega-Radevent kämpfen
über 3.500 Teilnehmer aus 53 nationen bei rund 50 Wettbewerben um die begehrten Medaillen.
Der traumhaft schöne 40 Kilometer Rundkurs, der je nach Altersklasse ein- bis dreimal
bewältigt werden muss, von St. Johann in Tirol, über die Huberhöhe, Erpfendorf, Kössen und Schwendt
zurück nach St. Johann in Tirol verlangt den Startern sportlich alles ab. nur die besten haben eine
Chance für einen Platz auf dem Siegerpodest. Weltmeister, Europameister, nationale Meister
und ambitionierte Masters aller Altersklassen nehmen eine Strecke unter die Räder, die wahrlich
weltmeisterlich ist.

From August 23 – August 30, 2014, St. Johann in Tirol will host the 46th Cycling World Cup,
the Masters Cycling Classic “Road Race“ and the Masters Cycling Classic “Time Trial“. This mega event
attracts some 3,500 riders from 53 countries who compete for win in a total of 50 competitions.
The scenic yet challenging 40-kilometer race loop – which has to be completed between one and three
times depending on the racer’s age group – starts in St. Johann in Tirol and leads via the steep Huberhöhe
to Erpfendorf, Kössen and Schwendt before returning to St. Johann in Tirol. Many enter in this attractive
race, which draws world champions, European champions, national champions and ambitious masters to
St. Johann in Tirol, but only the best will win!

Dal 23 agosto al 30 agosta 2014 sranno sul programma la 46° Coppa Mondiale di Ciclismo,
il Masters Cycling Classic “su strada“ e il Masters Cycling Classic “Corsa a Cronometro“ individuale.
Un evento ciclistico di prima classe con più di 3.500 partecipanti provenienti da 53 paesi diversi,
che combattono per la vittoria in non meno di 50 gare individuali. A seconda della classe di età, i ciclisti
devono superare il fantastico percorso circolare di 40 chilometri tra una e tre volte. Il tracciato è una vera
e propria sfida per tutti gli atleti e porta da St. Johann in Tirol via la collina Huberhöhe, Erpfendorf,
Kössen e Schwendt da dove si torna a St. Johann in Tirol. E solo i migliori ciclisti stanno in fila per
le medaglie molto ambite. Campioni mondiali, campioni europei, campioni nazionali e masters ambiziosi
di tutte le classi di età partecipano a questa splendida gara degna di essere chiamata "di fama mondiale".

La 46ième Coupe du monde de cyclisme, le Masters Cycling Classic “Road Race“ et le Masters Cycling
Classic “l’étape contre-la-montre“ individuelle auront lieu du 23 août jusqu’au 30 août 2014.
Lors de cet évènement exceptionnel, plus de 3.500 participants de 53 pays s’affronteront pour gagner une
des médailles ardemment. Selon l’âge des participants, le circuit magnifique de 40 kilomètres doit être
effectué entre une et trois fois. De St. Johann in Tirol, les cyclistes passeront par le col « Huberhöhe »,
Erpfendorf, Kössen et Schwendt pour revenir à St. Johann en Tyrol. Seuls les meilleurs auront droit au
podium. Des champions du monde, des champions d’Europe, des champions nationaux et des
Masters ambitionnés de tous âges participeront aux courses de cyclisme.

Einer der attraktivsten Zuschauerplätze der 40 km WM-Strecke ist die Huberhöhe in Kirchdorf.
Dies ist der höchste Punkt zwischen St. Johann und Gasteig. Von hier aus hat man eine ausgezeichnete
Sicht und man kann die spannende Rennatmosphäre hautnah miterleben. Durch die Sprecherinformation
werden Sie immer über den aktuellen Rennstand informiert. Für Verpflegung ist bestens gesorgt!
● StARt/ZIeL
Das Start- und Zielgelände befindet sich bei der Wieshofermühle in St. Johann in Tirol.
Hier starten täglich (außer Mittwoch) ab 13 Uhr 4-6 Rennen im Startintervall von ca. 5 Minuten.
Moderation und Musik sorgen für Unterhaltung, in der Cafeteria werden Hunger und Durst gestillt.
● medAL PLAZA KAISeRSAAL
Am Vorplatz des Kaisersaales finden täglich ab 20:00 Uhr die Siegerehrungen statt. nach der
Eröffnungsrede und der Vorstellung der Ehrengäste findet die Siegerzeremonie mit Abspielen der Hymne
und Aufziehen der nationenfahnen statt. Die Siegerehrung wird live auf Großbildleinwand übertragen.
● hAuPtPLAtZ
nach der Siegerehrung gibt es hier täglich ein musikalisches Abendprogramm. Von traditioneller
Unterhaltung bis hin zu modernen Klängen wird hier täglich für Partystimmung gesorgt, die den Abend
feierlich ausklingen lässt.

● huBeRhÖhe – KIRchdoRF
One of the best places to watch the races is Huberhöhe, the highest point between
St. Johann and Gasteig. The high vantage point affords excellent views of the action and allows spectators
to feel the thrill and excitement of the race. The announcer will keep everybody up-to-date on what’s
happening in the competition, and there will be a concession stand selling food and beverages.
● StARt/FInISh
Start and finish of the races are at Wieshofermühle in St. Johann. 4 to 6 races are started every day (except
Wednesday) from 1 p.m., with starts taking place in 5-minute intervals. A race marquee, live music and a
great presenter will create a fantastic atmosphere for spectators and athletes alike.
● medAL PLAZA KAISeRSAAL
The official award ceremonies will be held daily 8pm in front of Kaisersaal Community Center. After the
opening speech and the presentation of the honorary guests, with the flag being raised while the anthem
of the winner is played. A live video of the award ceremony will be projected onto a large screen so
everybody can see what is going on.
● mAIn SQuARe
The award ceremonies are followed by free concerts on the main square.
The program ranges from traditional to modern to keep everyone singing, dancing and entertained.

La collina Huberhöhe a Kirchdorf, il punto più alto tra St. Johann und Gasteig, è uno
dei posti più attraenti per gli spettatori lungo il percorso di 40 km del campionato
mondiale. Con una vista meravigliosa sul percorso ci si può immergere dal vivo nella bellissima atmosfera
di gara. Lo speaker sul posto informa in tempo reale sui risultati intermedi. Bevande e snack forniti in
abbondanza!
● PARtenZA/ARRIvo
La zona di partenza e arrivo si trova vicino al mulino Wieshofermühle a St. Johann in Tirol. Da qui tutti
i giorni (tranne mercoledì) partono 4-6 gare dalle ore 13:00 a un intervallo di circa 5 minuti. Inoltre vi
aspettano un programma di intrattenimento con musica e una cafeteria con bevande e snack.
● medAL PLAZA KAISeRSAAL
Tutti i giorni dalle ore 20:00 sulla piazza antistante della sala Kaisersaal hanno luogo le ufficiali
cerimonie di premiazioni. Dopo un breve discorso d'apertura e la presentazione degli ospiti onorari inizia
la premiazione con gli inni nazionali e le bandiere delle nazione.
Tutta la cerimonia è trasmessa dal vivo sul grande schermo.
● PIAZZA centRALe hAuPtPLAtZ
Qui ci si incontra con musica e intrattenimento tutti i giorni dopo la cerimonia di premiazione. Il variato
programma offre non solo tradizionali gruppi folkloristici della regione ma anche musica moderna e feste
all'aperto per tutta la famiglia.

Le point de vue le plus attractif pour les spectateurs de la course de 40 kilomètres est l’altitude
« Huberhöhe » à Kirchdorf. C’est le point le plus haut entre St. Johann et Gasteig. D’ici, vous avez une vue
exceptionnelle et vous pouvez vivre de près l’atmosphère captivante pendant la course. Les haut-parleurs
vous tiennent au courant et vous informent des meilleurs cyclistes. Buffet et boissons organisés !
● dÉPARt/ARRIvÉe
La zone de départ et d’arrivée se trouve à côté du moulin « Wieshofermühle » à St. Johann en Tyrol.
D’ici, 4 à 6 courses départent tous les jours (sauf mercredi) à partir de 13 heures tous les 5 minutes.
Animation et musique garantissent une bonne ambiance. Dans la Cafétéria vous trouverez de quoi
à manger et à boire.
● medAL PLAZA KAISeRSAAL
Tous les jours à partir de 20 heures, les remises des prix auront lieu sur la place devant la salle
« Kaisersaal ». Après le discours d’ouverture et la présentation des hôtes d’honneur, la cérémonie
commence avec l’hymne et le déploiement des drapeaux.
La remise des prix sera diffusée en directe sur un écran géant.

Tous les soirs après la remise des prix, il y aura un programme musical – la musique traditionnelle ainsi

Der Tiroler Koasalauf geht in die 43. Runde und sowohl die großen als auch die kleinen Sportler sind
schon heiß drauf, dass am 07. und 08. Februar 2015
der Startschuss fällt. Die traumhaften Loipen, die
sich rund um die Region Kitzbüheler Alpen schlängeln versprechen tolle Bewerbe. Unter den 1500 Finishern aus 28 nationen finden sich auch viele radsportbegeisterte Teilnehmer aus der ganzen Welt.
The 43rd edition of the legendary Tiroler Koasalauf
race is taking place on the weekend of February
7 + 8, 2015. The scenic Kitzbüheler Alpen area offers
great terrain for nordic skiing, and the trails are meticulously groomed. Among the 1500 racers from 28
nations are many cycling-enthusiasts from all over
the world.
