Viticulture
Clay soil with calcareous earth. The soil is worked by ploughing to fight
against weeds, as opposed to using chemicals. Well though-out plant care
emphasising ecological balances on each parcel for a better life of the soil.
Biocontrol for plants, with “Qualité France”.
Winemaking
Full harvesting and direct pressing. The wine is put in barrels and stirred
weekly until malolactic fermentation. Bentonite fining and clarifying
filtering.
Tasting notes
Beautiful nose with notes of white flowers. Fresh and mineral wine with a
good attack.
The mouth is fine and dense. Well balanced and very elegant.
