INFORMATION FOR MEDIA
1.
The Conference will be held in the Conference Centre of the German Foreign
Office, located at:
Auswärtiges Amt
Werderscher Markt 1
10117 Berlin

The plenary sessions will be held at the “Weltsaal”, which seats 350 persons.
Live transmission to adjacent rooms, including interpretation, will be available.
3.
During the plenary sessions, translation will be provided in the six OSCE
working languages.
4.
Participants will be provided with necessary facilities for the display and
distribution of relevant publications, documents, and information materials. A
limited number of working stations will be available in the Conference Centre.
5.
Appropriate working facilities for Non-Governmental Organizations and
representatives of the media, will be arranged.
