Fear The Power- You could win the gear!
1.The “Fear The Power- You could win the gear!” contest is presented by Pro
Hockey Life Sporting Goods Inc. in association with Warrior Sports. To participate
go to http://www.facebook.com/ProHockeyLife between February 15th and March
3rd, 2014. Enter by clicking on the contest application and fully completing the
online registration form.
One entry per person.
No purchase necessary.
All entries must be completed before 5:00pm March 3rd, 2014.
Odds for winning a prize are directly related to total number of participants
registered.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to all legal residents of Canada. Excluded from the contest
are: (1) people that are employees, directors, officers, representatives and
agents of Pro Hockey Life Sporting Goods Inc. (2) people who directly or
indirectly participated in the design, development, management and/or
distribution of this contest.
3. PRIZING
Fourteen (14) prizes: Starting February 15th, 2014, one (1) participant will be
drawn each day for 14 consecutive days. Each of the fourteen (14) winning
participants win one Warrior Dynasty hockey stick, a pair of Warrior Covert DT1
hockey gloves and one Warrior Krown LTE hockey helmet.
One (1) grand prize winner: On March 3rd, 2014, one (1) participant will be
drawn. The grand prize winning participant will receive one Warrior Dynasty
hockey stick, a pair of Warrior Covert DT1 hockey gloves, one Warrior Krown LTE
hockey helmet and one Warrior Pro hockey bag, customized with the grand prize
winner’s name and player number.
Winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days after the draw and
will have a maximum of five (5) days to accept their prize. If the winners can not
be reached within two (2) business days of the draw time or should they not
accept their prize within five (5) days, another draw will be made.
All winners will be drawn at the following address: Pro Hockey Life Sporting
Goods Inc. 4149, Autoroute 440 West, Laval QC, H7P 4W6.
Pro Hockey Life Sporting Goods Inc. will be responsible for contacting the
winners.
Warrior Sports will be responsible for producing and providing all the prizing
(hockey equipment) to all the prize winners.
4. PRIZE DESCRIPTION

5. To be declared the winner, the selected participant in the random drawing
must complete all the information requested within the online entry form.
5.2 Release authorization: By entering this contest, the winner authorizes the
contest organizers, their partners and representatives to use, if required, their
name, photograph, image, statements regarding the prize, or their city of
residence without compensation, and at their discretion and without limit on the
period of use, in any media, and Canada wide, for advertising or any other
purpose deemed appropriate in regards to the contest.

5.3 All entrants and any person selected as a prize winner hereby releases Pro
Hockey Life Sporting Goods Inc., and each of their affiliates, their advertising and
promotional agencies, their employees, agents and representatives from all
liability for any damages that may occur due to the acceptance, or the use, or
misuse of the prize, including any travel related thereto. Each winner will also
need to sign a release form to this effect.
5.4 All prizes must be accepted as they are listed in this document. No
substitutions.
5.5 Pro Hockey Life Sporting Goods Inc. their affiliated companies, their
advertising and promotional companies, their employees, agents and
representatives reserve the right to change the prizes as listed in this document
at any time during or after the results of the contest. The new prizes having
approximately the save value as the initial prizes.
5.6 The refusal of a randomly selected person to accept the prize that is offered
under the terms of these regulations, releases Pro Hockey Life Sporting Goods
Inc. of any obligation related to this prize and this person.
5.7 All false declaration by a participant or winner will result in automatic
disqualification.
5.8 Pro Hockey Life Sporting Goods Inc. their affiliated companies, their
advertising and promotional companies, their employees, agents and
representatives release themselves of any damage that can be caused, directly or
indirectly, in whole or in part, from downloading any software or form and by the
transmission of any information concerning the contest. If the contest cannot be
conducted as planned for any reason, including infection from a computer virus,
bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other
cause beyond the control of the sponsor which corrupts or affects the
administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the contest, the
sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the
contest or terminate without any compensation payable to participants.
5.9 Pro Hockey Life Sporting Goods Inc. their affiliated companies, their
advertising and promotional companies, their employees, agents and
representatives release themselves of any situation out of their control that would
result in the contest being cancelled at any time: example strikes, lock-outs, work
conflicts etc.
5.10 By entering this contest all participants agree that their name, telephone
number, address, e-mail and age can and will be used only for the activities and
communication needs related to this contest, unless they confirm they agree to
receive further communication from Pro Hockey Life Sporting Goods inc. (Sports
Rousseau, Entrepôt du Hockey, Pro Hockey Life) and Warrior Sports by checking
the appropriate box on the online contest ballot.

l’application et remplir le formulaire du concours.
Une seule inscription par personne est acceptée (une inscription par adresse
courriel).
Pour être valides, les inscriptions doivent être remplis sur internet avant le 3
mars 2014, 17 h (HNE).
Les chances de gagner un prix sont directement reliées au nombre de
participations reçues.

2. CONDITIONS D’ADMISSIBILITÉ Les participants doivent résider au
Canada. Les administrateurs, dirigeants et employés de Les Équipements
Sportifs Pro Hockey Life inc ainsi que leurs sociétés et agences affiliées, de
même que leur famille immédiate (père-mère, frère-sœur, fils-fille) et les
personnes vivant sous le même toit qu’eux ne sont pas admissibles à ce
concours.
3. MODE D’ATTRIBUTION DES PRIX

14 prix: Débutant le 15 février 2014, 14 tirages quotidiens seront faits pour
remettre 14 prix (1 pour chaque personne tirées au sort) : Les gagnants se
mériteront chacun un bâton Warrior Dynasty, une paire de gants Warrior Covert
DT1 et un casque Warrior Krown LTE.
1 Grand Prix: Le 3 mars 2014, 1 tirage sera fait pour remettre un (1) Grand
Prix. Le gagnant se méritera un bâton Warrior Dynasty, une paire de gants
Warrior Covert DT1, un casque Warrior Krown LTE et un sac Warrior Pro fait sur
mesure avec le nom et numéro du gagnant.
Chaque participant tiré au sort sera joint par téléphone ou courriel dans les deux
(2) jours ouvrables suivants le tirage. Il aura ensuite cinq (5) jours ouvrables
pour accepter son prix. Si on ne peut rejoindre le gagnant dans les deux jours
ouvrables suivant le tirage, ou s’il n’accepte pas son prix dans les cinq (5) jours
ouvrables suivant l’appel, un autre nom sera tiré au sort de la liste.

5. RÈGLES GÉNÉRALES
5.1 Pour être déclaré gagnant, chaque participant tiré
au sort doit, au préalable, remplir la section d’inscription sur le site du concours.

5.2 Chaque gagnant doit consentir à ce que son nom et/ou son image,
notamment sa photo et/ou sa voix soient utilisées à des fins publicitaires relatives
à ce concours et ce, sans rémunération.
5.3 En participant à ce concours chaque gagnant atteste de son admissibilité tel
que précisé au paragraphe 2 du présent règlement et dégage Les Équipements
sportifs Pro Hockey Life inc , leurs sociétés et agences affiliées, ainsi que leurs
administrateurs, dirigeants et employés respectifs, de toute responsabilité quant
à un dommage ou une perte découlant de la participation à ce concours ou
découlant de l'attribution, de l'acceptation ou de l'utilisation du prix. Chaque
gagnant devra signer un document stipulant de cette décharge avant de recevoir
son prix.
5.4 Le prix doit être accepté comme tel et ne peut être échangé contre une
somme d'argent, ni vendu, ni transféré. Aucune substitution n’est accordée.
5.5 En cas d’impossibilité de fournir le prix tel que décrit au présent règlement,

ainsi que leurs administrateurs, dirigeants et employés respectifs, se réservent le
droit de substituer en tout ou en partie le prix pour un ou des prix d’une valeur
approximativement équivalente.
5.6 Le refus d’accepter le prix libère Les Équipements sportifs Pro Hockey Life inc,
leurs sociétés et agences affiliées, ainsi que leurs administrateurs, dirigeants et
employés respectifs, de toute responsabilité et obligation vis-à-vis du gagnant.
5.7 Toute fausse déclaration de la part d’un participant entraîne automatiquement
sa disqualification du concours.

affiliées, ainsi que leurs administrateurs, dirigeants et employés respectifs,
n’assument aucune responsabilité résultant de pertes, retards, erreurs d’adresse
sur le courrier ou courriel reçu, erreurs d'impression, mauvais fonctionnements
techniques, informatiques ou téléphoniques, bris de logiciel ou matériel
informatique, appels frauduleux ou toute autre erreur.
5.9 Les Équipements sportifs Pro Hockey Life inc, leurs sociétés et agences
affiliées, ainsi que leurs administrateurs, dirigeants et employés respectifs,
n’assument aucune responsabilité de quelque nature que ce soit dans tous les cas
où leur incapacité d’agir résulterait d’un fait ou d’une situation imprévisible ou
hors de leur contrôle incluant notamment grève, lock-out ou tout autre conflit de
travail dans leur établissement ou dans les établissements des organismes ou
entreprises dont les services sont utilisés pour la tenue de ce concours.
5.10 Les renseignements personnels, tel que nom, adresse postale complète,
numéro de téléphone, adresse courriel et âge sont recueillis uniquement aux fins
de l'administration du présent concours et ne serviront à aucune autre fin sans
consentement. En fournissant ces renseignements, les participants consentent à
leur utilisation aux fins indiqués. Toute personne peut cependant accepter de
recevoir de la communication supplémentaire de la part de Les Équipements Pro
Hockey Life inc. en cochant la boite à cet effet sur le bon de participation en ligne.
