The Dezat family is one of the oldest winegrowing families in the Sancerrois.
In 1950, as a very young winegrower, André Dezat rebuilt the family
viticultural estate while taking an active part in the development of the
region’s vineyards. In the 1970s, his two sons expanded the vineyard, in
Pouilly in particular, and now have close to 16 hectares in production in the
Pouilly Fumé appellation.
The estate has always focused on seeking to produce wines of real quality,
with full respect for their typicity and for the environment.
ENGLISH
La famille Dezat est l’une des plus anciennes familles vigneronnes
du Sancerrois. En 1950, André Dezat alors tout jeune vigneron,
reconstitue le domaine viticole familial tout en s’impliquant activement dans le
développement du vignoble de la région. Dans les années 1970, ses deux
fils agrandissent le vignoble notamment à Pouilly avec aujourd’hui près de
16 hectares en production sur l’appellation Pouilly Fumé.

Die Familie Dezat ist eine der ältesten Winzerfamilien des Gebiets
von Sancerre. 1950 stellt der noch ganz junge Winzer André Dezat
das Familienweingut wieder her und wirkt aktiv an der Entwicklung des
regionalen Weinbergs mit. In den siebziger Jahren vergrößern seine
beiden Söhne den Weinberg insbesondere in Pouilly, mit heute nahezu
16 Hektar Produktion in der Appellation Pouilly Fumé.
Das Leitmotiv des Weinguts war seit jeher das Anstreben der höchsten
Qualität seiner Weine unter Berücksichtigung ihres typischen Charakters
und der Umwelt.
