Systemic therapy and attachment narratives
This short workshop will describe aspects of our integration of systemic theory and practice with
modern attachment theory and theory of narrative development. This integration provides a richer
inter-generational formulation of relationship difficulties for couples and families, with clear
implications for how to proceed therapeutically. The workshop will offer 2-3 small group activities for
participants to explore theory-practice links with their own therapeutic work. The workshop is
derived from our book: Dallos, R and Vetere, A (2009) Systemic therapy and Attachment Narratives:
Applications in a range of clinical settings. London: Routledge.

Το ςφντομο αυτό εργαςτιρι κα περιγράψει όψεισ τθσ ενςωμάτωςισ μασ τθσ ςυςτθμικισ κεωρίασ
και πρακτικισ τθσ ςφγχρονθσ κεωρίασ του δεςμοφ (attachment) και ςτθν κεωρία τθσ ανάπτυξθσ τθσ
αφιγθςθσ. Η ενςωμάτωςθ αυτι παρζχει μια πιο πλοφςια δια-γενεακι διατφπωςθ των δυςκολιϊν
ςτισ ςχζςεισ του ηευγαριοφ και τθσ οικογζνειασ, με ςαφείσ ςυνζπειεσ ςτον τρόπο εξζλιξθσ τθσ
κεραπευτικισ διαδικαςίασ. Το εργαςτιριο κα προςφζρει ςτουσ ςυμμετζχοντεσ 2-3 δραςτθριότθτεσ
ςε μικρι ομάδα με ςτόχο τθν εξερεφνθςθ των ςυνδζςεων μεταξφ κεωρίασ και πρακτικισ ςτθν δικι

“Thérapie systémique et narration de l’attachement”
Ce bref atelier décrira des aspects de notre intégration de la théorie et de la pratique systémique à la
théorie contemporaine de l’attachement et du développement de la narration. Cette intégration
offre une formulation intergénérationnelle plus riche des difficultés du couple et de la famille et a
des implications précises quant à la manière de procéder, en termes thérapeutiques. L’atelier
proposera 2 ou 3 activités en petit groupe permettant aux participants d’explorer les liens entre la
théorie et la pratique et leur propre travail thérapeutique. L’atelier s’appuie sur notre ouvrage:
