Faire du peau à peau dès la naissance entre vous et votre bébé
Spend time with your baby skin to skin, starting from birth
Allaiter selon les signes de faim du bébé
Breastfeed in response to baby's hunger cues
Allaiter exclusivement jusqu’à 6 mois, tel que recommandé par la Société
canadienne de pédiatrie
Breastfeed exclusively up to the age of 6 months, as recommended by the Canadian
Paediatric Society
Poursuivre l’allaitement jusqu’à 2 ans et au-delà avec l’ajout d’aliments
appropriés, tel que recommandé par l’UNICEF et l’OMS
Continue breastfeeding up to the age of 2 years and beyond with the addition of
complementary foods, as recommended by the UNICEF and the WHO
Cohabiter jour et nuit avec votre bébé pour permettre de faire connaissance et
de répondre rapidement à ses besoins
