We continue to celebrate in March the Alliance française de Glasgow’s 30th anniversary by
offering a variety of cultural and original events. Just like each year, la Francophonie will be
celebrated throughout March. We are delighted to welcome Pie Tshibanda, a Belgian artist
originally from Congo, who will recount with humour his arrival in Belgium.
We are also very proud to present to you our new event in the French Passions series, and are
sure that you will spend a pleasant evening in the company of Christopher Brookmyre. Finally, to
maintain the strong links between Scotland and France, we will have the pleasure to host a talk
with acclaimed conductor Stéphane Denève, who will tell us about his Scottish experience.
