DOMAINE DU MAS MELLET « PARI TENDRESSE 2011»
Variety and location:
Carignan noir 20%, Syrah 60%, Mourvedre 20% Situated on the
higher position of the estate, these plots are goblet pruning for the
Carignan, and Cordon de Royat pruning on wire for the Syrah.
We select them for this regular maturity to produce soft and wellstructured wines.

Tasting Notes:
Winning bet for this wine! The color of an intense garnet, shiny, it
is the reflection of its maturity. In nose, everything get involved
and get married, give a complex and wealth of aroma of
blackberry, raspberry, jasmine, hot gingerbread, scents of
scrubland, it provoke, it leads us by the nose.
The mouth transports us in a whirlwind of silk manufacturer,
unctuousness and gustative pleasure.
It’s only happiness.
Serves at a temperature of20/21 °, it loves oxygen, put it in a carafe
or open the bottle 1-2 hours before meals.
