DÉCLARATION ET ENGAGEMENT DU PARTICIPANT
BARBEGAZI – 6-7-8 janvier et 13-14-15 janvier 2017
Acceptation des risques
Le BARBEGAZI est un festival de sports d’action et d’activités hivernales. Le BARBEGAZI est
organisé et produit par TRIBU EXPÉRIENTIEL INC (ci-après « l'Organisateur de l'activité »).
Lors du BARBEGAZI, il est offert aux participants la pratique d’activités telles que le snowskate, la
course à obstacles, la coupe de bois, le bûcheronnage, le lancer du sapin, les concours de
force (comme « le bras de fer ») ainsi que plusieurs autres activités hivernales, sports d’action
hivernaux ou sports extrêmes hivernaux. Toutes les activités susmentionnées comportent des
risques.
Par la présente, j’accepte les risques inhérents à la pratique des activités ci-haut mentionnées
et je consens à assumer ces risques pleinement et totalement. De plus, je suis conscient que
de tels risques peuvent impliquer des blessures corporelles importantes, voire fatales dans les
cas extrêmes.
Ainsi, en accédant et en participant aux activités ci-haut mentionnées ayant lieu sur le site du
BARBEGAZI, j’accepte et j’assume lesdits risques en toute connaissance de cause.
Renonciation à tout recours pour les dommages matériels
Étant conscient des risques inhérents à la pratique des activités du festival BARBEGAZI et les
assumant, je dégage l'Organisateur de l'activité de toute réclamation, recours, action ou
demande en justice ayant comme objectif d’obtenir une compensation, un dédommagement ou
une réparation pour tout préjudice ou dommage matériel subi lors desdites activités.
La présente Déclaration dégage de toute responsabilité l'Organisateur de l'activité, ses
administrateurs, dirigeants, employés, préposés, bénévoles, représentants, intervenants,
successeurs et ayants droit, ainsi que les promoteurs, participants, concessionnaires,
commanditaires, annonceurs, propriétaires des lieux et leur personnel, fonctionnaires et
représentants du Quartier des spectacles ou toute autre personne ou organisation ayant
participé à l’organisation de l'activité, sa production, sa mise en place et sa promotion.

BARBEGAZI – January 6-7-8 and January 13-14-15
Assumption of Risks
The BARBEGAZI is a festival of action sports and winter activities. The BARBEGAZI is organized
and produced by TRIBU EXPERIENTIEL INC. (hereinafter called "the Organizer of the
activity").
During the BARBEGAZI, participants are offered activities such as snow skate, obstacle courses,
woodcutting, logging, fir firing (Christmas tree throwing), power contests (such as "arm
wrestling"), as well as several other winter activities, winter action sports or extreme winter
sports. All of the aforementioned activities involve risks.
I hereby accept the risks inherent in the practice of the aforementioned activities and agree to
assume these risks fully and completely. In addition, I am aware that such risks may involve
serious bodily injuries, even fatal in extreme cases.
So, by accessing and participating in the aforementioned activities taking place on the site of the
BARBEGAZI, I accept and assume these risks with full knowledge of the facts.
Renunciation to any claim for material injury
Being conscious of the risks inherent in the practice of the activities of the BARBEGAZI festival
and assuming them, I release the Organizer of the activity from any claim, appeal, action or
legal claim with the objective of obtaining compensation, indemnity or repair for any loss,
property damage or material injury sustained during the activities.
This declaration disclaims of all responsibility, the Organizer of the activity, the administrators,
officers, employees, attendants, volunteers, representatives, intervenors, successors and
assigns, as well as promoters, participants, dealers, advertisers owners of the premises and
their staff, officials and representatives of the Quartier des spectacles or any other person or
organization involved in the organization of the activity, its production, setting up and promotion.
I have read and accept the terms.
BY CHECKING THE BOX ASSOCIATED WITH THIS DISCHARGE, I AGREE TO THIS
DECLARATION.
