L’Hôpital Shriners pour enfants® de Montréal
appuyé par la FCCI
Montréal, 24 juillet 2012. La Fondation Communautaire Canadienne-Italienne (FCCI) a l’immense
plaisir de vous annoncer qu’elle a accordé un important don de 30,000 $ en faveur de l’Hôpital Shriners
pour enfants® de Montréal. La présentation officielle de ce don a été effectuée le 15 mars dernier en présence de
M. Gino Beretta – Vice-président du conseil des gouverneurs, Hôpital Shriners pour enfants® de Montréal,
de M. Joey Saputo – Vice-président de la FCCI, de M. Enzo Reda – 1er Vice-président de la FCCI- et de M.
Paul E. Frank - Président du conseil des gouverneurs, Hôpital Shriners pour enfants® de Montréal.
En tant que président de la FCCI, M. Carmine D’Argenio a déclaré que la FCCI a eu le plaisir
d’accorder ce don, car « l’Hôpital Shriners pour enfants® de Montréal appartient à un réseau international
unique de santé voué à l’amélioration de la vie des enfants par ses soins pédiatriques spécialisés, sa
recherche innovatrice, et ses programmes de formation exceptionnels. » Mme Anna Giampà, directrice
générale de la FCCI, a souligné aussi que « le financement de la FCCI permettra à l’Hôpital Shriners pour
enfants® de Montréal de continuer à offrir des services médicaux aux enfants aux prises avec des
problèmes orthopédiques, des brûlures, des lésions de la colonne vertébrale dans un environnement familial
et sans frais ».
La Fondation Communautaire Canadienne-Italienne saisit l’occasion pour remercier l’équipe de
l’Hôpital Shriners pour enfants® de Montréal qui travaille chaque jour avec grande compétence et
professionnalisme pour leurs efforts en offrant de nombreux services aux enfants en matière de santé
pédiatriques.

Montréal, 24 luglio 2012. La Fondazione Comunitaria Italo-Canadese(FCCI) ha l’immenso piacere
d’annunciare che ha attribuito l’importante dono di 30,000 $ all’Hôpitaux Shriners pour enfants® de
Montréal. La presentazione ufficiale di questa donazione è stata effettuata il 15 marzo scorso in presenza
del Sig. Gino Beretta - Vice-Presidente del Consiglio dei governatori, Hôpitaul Shriners pour enfants® de
Montréal, Sig. Joey Saputo - Vice Presidente della FCCI, Sig. Enzo Reda - 1 ° Vice Presidente della FCCI
e il Sig. Paul E. Frank - Presidente del Consiglio dei governatori, Hôpital Shriners pour enfants® de
Montréal.
In qualità di Presidente della FCCI, il Sig. Carmine D'Argenio ha affermato che il FCCI è fiera d’aver
accordato questo dono in quanto « l’Hôpital Shriners pour enfants® de Montréal appartiene ad un grande
ed unico network internazionale di ospedali la cui missione è quella di migliorare la vita dei bambini
attraverso le cure specializzate in pediatria e la ricerca innovativa». La Sig.ra Anna Giampa, Direttrice
generale della FCCI, ha inoltre sottolineato che « il finanziamento della FCCI permetterà all’Hôpital
Shriners pour enfants® de Montréal di continuare a fornire servizi medici, a costo zero, ai bambini con
problemi ortopedici, d’ustioni e di lesioni della colonna vertebrale».

FCCI contributes to the Shriners Hospital for Children of Montreal.
Montréal, July 24th, 2012. The Canadian-Italian Community Foundation (FCCI) is delighted to
announce that it has granted a major donation to the Shriners Hospital for Children of Montreal. The
official presentation of the $30,000 donation took place on March 15th in the presence of Mr. Gino Beretta Vice-Chairman of the Board of Governors, Shriners Hospitals for Children ® of Montreal, Mr. Joey Saputo
- FCCI Vice President, M. Enzo Reda - FCCI 1st Vice President - and Paul E. Frank - Chairman of the
Board of Governors, Shriners Hospitals for Children ® of Montreal.
As President of the FCCI, Mr. Carmine D'Argenio said the FCCI was pleased to give this donation,
because "the Shriners Hospital for Children of Montreal ® belongs to a unique international network
dedicated to improving the health and lives of children through its specialized pediatric care, its innovative
research and outstanding training programs. Mrs. Anna Giampa, FCCI Executive Director, also emphasized
that "the funding of the FCCI allow the Shriners Hospital for Children of Montreal ® to continue providing
medical services to children with orthopedic problems, burns, lesions of the spine in a family environment
at no cost.
The Canadian-Italian Community Foundation would like to take this opportunity to thank the
Shriners Hospital for Children® of Montreal whose dedicated personnel works with great skill and
professionalism by offering many services in support of children’s health.
