STYLE : Brut COLOUR : White ACKERMAN SAUMUR 1811 BLANC BRUT Wine facts Varietals : 50% Chenin, 40% Chardonnay, 10% Cabernet franc. Residual sugar: 12 gr/l Alcohol: 12° Winemaking: All the grapes are carefully selected in the Saumur area. The wine ferments in the bottle according to the tradtional method. Then, it remains on its lees for a minimum period of 18 months to develop a good structure and complex aromas. Packaging Three types of Ackerman 1811 are available: Blanc Brut, Blanc Demi-sec and Rosé Brut. Ackerman 1811 Blanc Brut comes in an elegant champenoise bottle, which features a soft grey label completed by a copper medallion. The label on a refined satin paper with anthracite colors for the Blanc Brut and Demi-Sec strongly emphasizes on the ACKERMAN brand written with embossed lettres. The specific cartridge at the bottom of the label insists on each variety: Rosé, Brut and Demi-Sec. Tasting notes Colour: Brilliant pale gold colour with fine bubbles. Nose: Refreshing and mineral nose with citrus notes . Palate: Refreshing and lively, beautiful balance fruits-acidityminerality. Long mineral finish on green apple and citrus aromas. Food pairing Superb as an aperitif, with seafood, Loire fishes and desserts.
