Launching the specialized workshops for SMEs on public procurement

Under the auspices of H.E. Mr. Ali Hassan Khalil, Minister of Finance, the Institut des
Finances Basil Fuleihan, jointly with the Ecole Supérieure des Affaires –ESA, and the
