Tomorrow’s talent confirmed today
Luxembourg 1 June 2016: Deloitte Luxembourg is very pleased to announce
five new partners to help the firm become the undisputed leader in professional
services. These individuals have been appointed due to their professional
capacity, but most importantly for their ability to lead the firm forward on its
ambitious strategy.
“Every year around this time, I always look forward to this very special moment,
when I get to announce the appointment of new partners. This year is no
exception, and it is with great pleasure and pride, that I can confirm the
nomination of five new partners at Deloitte Luxembourg,” says Yves Francis,
Managing Partner at Deloitte Luxembourg.

Joachim Bailly,
married with four children, who works within our Tax
service line as an indirect tax specialist, has gained over 12 years of tax
experience within Deloitte and an international law firm. He joined
Deloitte Luxembourg in October 2010 where he is currently advising
clients in the financial services and asset management industry, with a
particular focus on debt funds.

Ladislas de Crouy-Chanel, married with three children, who joined
Deloitte Luxembourg in October 1998 as an auditor. Throughout his 17
years of experience gained in the Deloitte offices in Luxembourg as well
as in Chicago, he has specialized in the audit of Investment
Management clients, both in the mainstream and alternative areas

Joachim Heukmes, married with two children, who has been with
Deloitte Luxembourg for 11 years. After starting his career within audit,
specializing in financial services, he moved to the corporate finance
advisory group in 2007.

François-Kim Huge, married with three children, joined Deloitte in 2007
and started working on strategy and operations consulting missions. He
now focuses on managed services, particularly on regulatory and
distribution matters in the fund industry, with a keen interest in the
Deloitte FinTech group.

Christian Van Dartel, married with two children, who joined Deloitte in
2005 and has since been serving clients within the Investment
Management as well as Private Equity and Real Estate industries, both
with Deloitte Luxembourg and Deloitte London

d’annoncer la nomination de cinq nouveaux Partners qui l’aideront à devenir le
leader incontesté des services aux professionnels. Ces personnes ont été
désignées en raison de leurs compétences professionnelles, mais surtout pour
leur capacité à conduire l’entreprise sur la voie de son ambitieuse stratégie.
« J’ai toujours hâte d’arriver à ce moment très spécial de l’année où j’ai l’occasion
d’annoncer la nomination de nouveaux Partners. Cette année ne fait pas
exception et c’est donc avec un plaisir et fierté que je peux confirmer la
désignation de cinq nouveaux Partners au sein de Deloitte Luxembourg », déclare
Yves Francis, Managing Partner de Deloitte Luxembourg.
La nouvelle génération de Partners chez Deloitte Luxembourg sont:

Joachim Bailly, marié et quatre enfants, qui travaille dans notre service
Tax en tant que spécialiste de la fiscalité indirecte, a acquis plus de 12
ans d’expérience de la fiscalité au sein de Deloitte et d’un cabinet
d’avocats international. Il a intégré Deloitte Luxembourg en 2010 et
conseille actuellement nos clients du secteur de services financiers et
dela gestion d’actifs, plus particulièrement les fonds de dette.

Ladislas de Crouy-Chanel, marié et trois enfants, a intégré Deloitte
Luxembourg en octobre 1998 en tant que réviseur. Au cours de ses 17
ans d’expérience acquises chez Deloitte à Luxembourg et à Chicago, il
s’est spécialisé dans l’audit de clients actifs dans la gestion
d’investissements, à la fois dans des domaines traditionnels et
alternatifs.

Joachim Heukmes, marié et deux enfants, travaille au sein de Deloitte
Luxembourg depuis 11 ans. Après avoir commencé sa carrière dans
l’audit, en se spécialisant dans les services financiers, il a intégré le
groupe de conseillers de la finance d’entreprise en 2007.

François-Kim Huge, marié et trois enfants, a intégré Deloitte en 2007 et
a commencé par travailler sur des missions de consultance liées à la
stratégie et aux opérations. Il se concentre actuellement sur les services
gérés, plus précisément sur les questions de réglementation et de
distribution, avec un intérêt tout particulier pour le groupe FinTech de
Deloitte.

Christian Van Dartel, marié et deux enfants, a rejoint les rangs de
Deloitte en 2005 et, apporte depuis lors, ses services à des clients des
secteurs de la gestion d’investissements ainsi que des placements privés
et de l’immobilier, à la fois au sein de Deloitte Luxembourg et de
Deloitte Londres.
« Étant donné l’envergure de notre entreprise et nos ambitions, rien n’est plus

Luxembourg, 1. Juni 2016 Deloitte Luxemburg freut sich sehr, fünf neue
Partner vorzustellen, die das Unternehmen dabei unterstützen werden, bei
Beratungsdiensten eine unangefochtene Führungsposition einzunehmen. Diese
Personen wurden aufgrund ihrer beruflichen Fähigkeiten ernannt, vor allem aber
aufgrund ihrer Fähigkeit, das Unternehmen im Rahmen seiner ehrgeizigen
Strategie voranzubringen.
„Jedes Jahr um diese Zeit freue ich mich auf diesen ganz besonderen Moment, in
dem ich die Ernennung neuer Partner bekanntgebe. Dieses Jahr ist da keine
Ausnahme, und ich bin sehr erfreut und stolz, dass ich die Ernennung von fünf

Joachim Bailly, verheiratet, vier Kinder, arbeitet in der Steuerabteilung
als Spezialist für indirekte Steuern und kann auf 12 Jahre Erfahrung bei
Deloitte Luxemburg und in einer internationalen Anwaltskanzlei
zurückblicken. Er kam im Oktober 2010 zu Deloitte Luxemburg, wo er
zurzeit Kunden aus der Finanz- und Vermögensverwaltungsbranche mit
dem Schwerpunkt Debt Funds berät.

1998 als Wirtschaftsprüfer zu Deloitte Luxemburg. Im Laufe seiner 17jährigen Erfahrung bei Deloitte in Luxemburg und in Chicago hat er sich
auf die Prüfung von Kunden aus der Anlageverwaltungsbranche
spezialisiert, sowohl im traditionellen als auch im alternativen Bereich.

Joachim Heukmes, verheiratet, zwei Kinder, ist seit elf Jahren bei
Deloitte Luxemburg. Nach dem Beginn seiner Karriere in der
Wirtschaftsprüfung mit dem Spezialgebiet Finanzdienstleistungen
wechselte er 2007 in die Finanzberatungsgruppe.

François-Kim Huge, verheiratet, drei Kinder, kam 2007 zu Deloitte und
arbeitete zunächst im Rahmen von Beratungsaufträgen zu Strategie und
Geschäftsprozessen. Heute liegt der Schwerpunkt seiner Tätigkeit auf
Managed Services, vor allem auf aufsichtsrechtlichen und vertrieblichen
Fragen der Fondsbranche. Des Weiteren hat er ein starkes Interesse an
der FinTech-Gruppe von Deloitte.

Christian Van Dartel, verheiratet, zwei Kinder, kam 2005 zu Deloitte und
arbeitet seither für Kunden in den Bereichen Anlageverwaltung, Private
Equity und Immobilien, sowohl bei Deloitte Luxemburg als auch bei
Deloitte London.
