This can take place in several places: at your home, in a resident’s kitchen in a historic building in the centre of Dijon, or at Château de Barbirey-sur-Ouche near the Burgundy Canal. These classes for groups and individuals feature a new theme every month. Of course, you’ll finish your lesson at the table, where you’ll enjoy the fruits of your training accompanied by a suitable wine. The cooking classes are cohosted by a scientist and a chef. Originally created by the association Sciences et Cuisine, these lessons will help you understand how cooking works and discover the latest cooking techniques in a relaxed atmosphere.
