convivial cooking workshops. 4
types of workshops are available:
full meal, demonstrations, ‘a dish, a
wine grower’, ‘discovering the local

Avec ou Sans Toque welcomes you to a oneof-a-kind, cheery kitchen for customised
cooking and oenology classes. The themes
of the classes vary according to the seasons
and your wishes.
This American chef will take you shopping on
the market and speak with vendors of the Dijon covered market. He will teach you to cook
in a relaxed atmosphere, in French or English.
This can take place in several places: at your
home, in a resident’s kitchen in a historic building in the centre of Dijon, or at Château de
Barbirey-sur-Ouche near the Burgundy Canal.

‘French’ cook. During the workshops,
which she hosts in English, she will lead
you through the shops or the Beaune
market to obtain the local products
which you will use to prepare the meal,
to be shared in her personal apartment

Cuisine Innovation offers ‘Cooking and Science’ classes in the
heart of Dijon, just two minutes
from the covered market.
The cooking classes are cohosted by a scientist and a
chef. Originally created by the
association Sciences et Cuisine,
these lessons will help you
understand how cooking works and
discover the latest cooking techniques in a
relaxed atmosphere.
Choose from a lunch to be shared or hors
d’oeuvres to be prepared and enjoyed on
site.

Hubert Anceau, home chef since 1998, offers convivial cooking classes at your
home or in the place of your choice, as long as the kitchen is equipped for cooking (8 people maximum). A number of themes are available, as well as made-tomeasure lessons.

Monique Saléra will share with you her enthusiasm, recipes and cooking tips, which she learned and perfected during 35 years of cooking
at L’Auberge de la Charme in Prenois and at La
Dame d’Aquitaine in Dijon. Three options are
available: classes, preparation of a full meal, or
at-home.
