Project title:
Service Network Transformation Project
Projet Transformation Gestion de Réseau & Stratégie
Main objective:
Support Service Network group process transformation leading edge initiatives.
Lead/participate in implementing such initiatives in order to position the Service
Network group as a leader in its field of activities.
Supporter le groupe Gestion de Réseau & Stratégie (GRS) dans son processus de
transformation de ses processus d’affaire. L’étudiant devra participer et prendre
l’initiative dans ce rôle de transformation afin de mener le groupe GRS à un niveau de
"leader".
Description:
Lead Designated Overhaul Facility (DOF) Gold initiative
DOF Gold system targets specifically P&WC’s Designated Overhaul Facilities (“DOF”) 3rd
party engine maintenance providers in implementing a continuous improvement
process. The student will lead the reporting and continuous improvement activities
related to this new process.
The student will support the following activities:
Updating contract boiler plate;
Developing and maintaining various reports;
Coordinating special projects in collaboration with members of various departments;
Strategy on DOF and Authorized Repair Facility (ARF);
Support and provide input for alignment on DOF vs ARF strategy;
Process/Policy on DOF & ARF;
Support the implementation/change management of the Service Network for the
Auxiliary Power Units towards P&WC current contractual models and as a result
updating/improving associated working procedures and guidelines;

Milestones will be defined at the beginning of the term based on priorities.The student
will support the following activities:

Diriger le programme Centre d’entretien et réparation “CER” Or.
Le programme CER Or consiste en l’implantation d’un système de mesure de
performance afin de d’évaluer la performance du réseau de services de P&WC. Ce
programme requiert la définition et la mise en place de nouveaux processus d’affaire
chez P&WC, ainsi qu’avec notre réseau de services aux clients. L’étudiant devra
détailler les critères de mesure de performance, mettre à jour nos processus et
finalement émettre des rapports mensuels sur la performance de notre réseau client.
L’étudiant supportera l’équipe GRS en exécutant les tâches suivantes:
Revues contractuelles;
Mise à jouer de contrats types;
Développer et maintenir certains rapports au niveau des requis contractuelles;
Coordonner différents projets spéciaux en collaboration avec les membres de différents
départements;
Stratégie centre de réparation et d’entretien moteur (Moteur vs groupe auxiliaire de
puissance);
Supporter la mise à niveau de la stratégie d’affaire pour les centres de réparation et
d’entretien moteur vs groupe auxiliaire de puissance;
Processus et politiques;
Support et gestion du changement de nos procédures d’affaire.

held on 03 Feb 2017 at Pratt & Whitney Canada in Longueil (except for projects conducted at Plant 22).
